Emigrant down to 2.75%
Thanks to CT Mom for letting me know that Emigrant dropped its interest rate to 2.75%. ING is still holding at 3.0%, but I'm sure that'll change soon. These rates are almost as low as my Stafford student loans (2.625%). If I wasn't saving for something in particular, I'd be tempted to start paying down my student loan.

*sigh* I've kind of been avoiding checking the ED site in light of the recent news from the Fed. Utterly sad, this interest rate.
