Just don't look at the price tag. I don't think I can justify $150 for something to carry my kids crap in. A positive, the changing pad is included. Amen for that.
Well that makes it worth it

Hmmmm... I don't know. I really like that! Could it be used as a laptop bag or something after kiddos?
I spent money on a Sally Spicer Diaper Bag when my son was born and it lasted through all three and is still going strong.
If you love it, I say go for it :) Make it your "congrats I am creating a human inside of me" present to yourself.
