Hilmar Cheese Company

Located in California’s Central Valley, Hilmar Cheese Company processes 11 million pounds of milk per day producing over 1.3 million pounds of cheese per day. Self-guided tours available anytime during the day 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. They also offer group and school tours. After your tour stop by the visitors center for complimentary cheese & gourmet food tasting or have a complete lunch at the Deli Cafe. The visitor center is on the left. From Highway 99 at Turlock, go south on Lander Avenue (Highway 165) four miles and look for the Visitor Center on the right.
