(0) RateWASHINGTON - A 22-year-old Massachusetts woman has died after being struck by a garbage truck while bicycling near Dupont Circle in Washington.
D.C. police identified the cyclist as Alice Swanson who lived in Washington. Swanson, a former Northborough resident and 2007 graduate of Amherst College, was struck Tuesday morning.
