Fire damages township home

A fire heavily damaged a San Francisco Township home on July 6.

The Carver County Sheriff’s Office and Carver Fire Department responded to the fire, at 16450 Woodsview Lane, at 4:37 p.m.

The house is considered a total loss, according to a Carver County Sheriff’s Office press release.

Cologne Chaska, Victoria, Belle Plaine and Jordan Fire Departments, as well as Ridgeview Ambulance also responded to the fire.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
