Tax-rebates are not thrilling anyone, but they are being spent pretty quickly. I bet they will be dining out - it's just not something that comes to mind until the cash is in hand. In NYC people are booking clowns for parties at a huge rate compared to last year. I'm attributing it to the tax rebate and put out this press release. "Trickle Down on a Clown!"
