Graham Elliot launches super cool site, starts taking reservations

Bowles Former Avenues wunderkind chef Graham Elliot Bowles has launched the Web site for his eponymous upcoming "bistronomic" restaurant in River North. And it's making us really hungry. Click on a photo of one of the dishes at the top of the page and a sketch of it will appear next to the dish with arrows that you can click on to learn about each element on the plate. Compositions such as chorizo crusted scallops with oregano-infused ratatouille, paprika oil, stewed white beans and saffron bubbles; a caesar salad of white anchovies, brioche Twinkie croutons, romaine wedges and Parmesan fluff; and an apricot poundcake assemblage feel like an interactive foodie video game as you illuminate each piece of the culinary puzzle. Elliot say that he will begin accepting June reservations at the end of this week. There is a button on the Web site to start doing that, too.
