-Very knowledgeable in Flash (ActionScript a big plus)
- Someone who’s head is overflowing with ideas and visual inspirations
-Confident in your portfolio
-Excited to span your awesome talents across multiple areas of design
-Fun to work with (witty jokes are always encouraged)
-Self-starter who can start a project and get dirty with minimal supervision
