Traffic Manager

Description

Weber Marketing Group is looking for a highly creative, exceptionally talented individual to help schedule, push and pull jobs through our shop.

What You'll Do:
-Work in conjunction with the Account, Production and Creative Teams in managing and scheduling all agency and merchandising projects to insure on time project delivery.
-Lead and coordinate effective Production Meetings and facilitate communications between the Account and Creative Teams.
-Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paces environment
-Act as a primary liaison between the Creative and Account Teams on job traffic and status
-Monitor and marshal project resources within the Creative Team
-C&P and Basecamp project flow and scheduling

Specific Skills

What You Bring to Us:
-Proven organizational/scheduling skills
-2+ years trafficking
-Ability to gracefully manage multiple projects.
-Adaptable to a wide variety of personalities and communications styles
-Sixth sense for prioritization
-Good foundational production knowledge
-Technical knowledge preferred
-Passionate attitude and enthusiasm
-Critical eye for details
-Effective presentation skills a must
-Knowledge of C&P and Basecamp a plus
