    Paul McCartney is everywhere

    On Friday, Paul McCartney made it -- just barely, apparently -- to the stage to join Billy Joel for versions of "Let It Be" and "I Saw Her Standing There" at Joel's final-ever Shea Stadium concert in New York.

    The Beatles, of course, famously played Shea in 1965. If you've never seen the footage of that show in The Beatles Anthology, do yourself a favor and check it out. Amazing.

    McCartney also helped Quebec City celebrate its 400th anniversary with a set of Fab Four tunes.
