What more could you possibly want in a movie? No, this isn't a dream or a joke, this is real! Lesbian Vampire Killers is an indie horror comedy being made by British director Phil Claydon. Thanks to our friends across the pond at Empire, we've a first look at a teaser poster for the film - and it's as impressive as the title itself. It looks quite campy, quite delicious, and quite fun, which is exactly what you might expect for a film with that kind of title. There's not much more to say about this right now, so do yourself a favor and click onwards. Though I should mention that this is probably NSFW. Screw it, take a look!
Thier women having been enslaved by the local pack of lesbian vampires thanks to an ancient curse, the remaining menfolk of a rural Welsh town send two hapless young lads out onto the moors as a sacrifice.
Lesbian Vampire Killers is directed by British filmmaker Phil Claydon, of the 2002 horror flick Alone. The script was co-written by Paul Hupfield and Stewart Williams, both of the British TV series "Balls of Steel" previously. For those from England, the film stars James Cordon and Mathew Horne, the duo from the TV series "Gavin & Stacey". Lesbian Vampire Killers is scheduled to hit theaters in England in March of 2009, but doesn't have a US distributor yet. With some luck, we can expect to see this sometime in 2009!

That looks sweet!! Why am I thinking that this somehow reminds me of "Hot Fuzz" and that Simon Pegg should be in it???

wait...male sacrifices for lesbian vampires? i don't think they thought that through. i'm sure they would have liked female sacrifices a lot better. not big on vampires but if i get the chance, i'd give it a look.

I do love Pegg, Frost, and Wright and all thier stuff but I'm glad that England is producing more 'out there' comedy films which apeal to a wider audience. Corden and Horne have been great for years in 'Gavin & Stacy' and 'Teachers' and Im so glad theyre finally making the jump to the big screen as a duo. Im just hoping this doesnt fall into nothingness like 'Fido' did (remember that? A zombie film with Billy Connolly).
