We are currently seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 3 to 6 month assignment with the opportunity for full-time permanent. This position will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and will provide support to our Hiring Managers on a variety of open sales positions in multiple locations.

Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Recruiter include:

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing for all levels of sales candidates
• Utilizing the full range of recruiting methods, including Internet advertising and database searches, employee referrals, name generation firms, direct sourcing of passive candidates, agencies, etc.
• Complete background screens, offer letters, and new hire orientation. 

Qualified candidates must possess:

• BA/BS degree with a minimum of 5 years of proven recruiting experience in a corporate/agency environment
• Ability to handle customer relationship management Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment laws
• Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
• Ability to work in a team environment with solid time management skills PC proficiency
• Experience with Applicant tracking system, PeopleSoft a plus
