Right now, we seek an Executive Search Consultant for our IT Division. You will be responsible for developing and managing both existing and new client relationships. You must be able to comfortably interact with Human IT professionals as you find candidates for technical positions including but not limited to: SR Infrastructure Engineers, JAVA Developers, Sharepoint Developers, QA Test Leads and J2EE Developers. We seek a creative outside-of-the-box thinker who values all relationships and wants to build a solid search business. If you enjoy both permanent and contractor candidate interaction, this is a great opportunity!
What we ask of you:
Be the subject matter expert about your business for your clients.
Be tenacious with your search to the point that you are able to build a database of passive and active candidates.
Ascertain candidate qualifications; Match to appropriate opportunity; Counsel them through the process, and Close the deal.
Do the detail and administrative work needed to maintain the integrity of clovis and facilitate your candidate's hiring process.
Possess solid prior recruiting experience within the IT industry.
