How to setup as a centrailsed repository server for patch updates in RHEL5

Hi friends. please help me how to setup as a centralised repository server also client servers too. As we are having four servers so i want to make one centralised repository server others should be client servers so that patch updates will be fast for client servers.

Thanks harry. But one more question in my mind that is this article will work for RHEL5 also. Actually operating system in my all servers are RHEL5. Can you please clear my doubt. Here this site mentioned for fedora8 OS only.
