Can you find the positive spin in this picture?

Ya gotta look real hard, but here's my attempt:

Most agents and brokers are bungling the foreclosure opportunity so badly that those who invest time learning how to work capably with investors and lenders, employ new online foreclosure applications, and approach the market place with sensitivity stand to profit handsomely.

I thought the good news was the $5 foot long special!

At the least, they're employing a Web 2.0 sensibility of sorts by offering a FREE Recorded Message. Offerings like that are rare indeed.

Jeremy: I can't believe you even caught that! (Congratulations on joining Agent Genius).

Marc: not a day goes by where I don't see at least 5 new signs like this!

Darn it, He took my line. I think the only one making money here is the guy that sells the yellow signs and the Sharpies.

What is the postive spin in this picture?

They spelled everything correctly including MESSAGE and not MASSAGE. Congratulations!

The positive spin is that the agent found the one lender left on earth who lends 100% financing on distressed properties?
