An ad I actually like: how refreshing
Cadbury Schweppes takes a page out of the Sony Bravia book to produce an absolutely gorgeous ad (OMG, even writing those words I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.) Watch...

More at Very Short List.

I see what you're saying. It's beautiful. But that's pretty long for an ad that isn't at least funny.
They need to make the logo bigger. And they need drumming animals, if not talking ones.
I kid. I kid. ;)

I think we are starting to see ads created with a hint of thought behind them saying, "maybe this will go viral."
Maybe that's why they can get away with such a long ad, even if it is beautiful, gorgeous and (I'll throw in my own descriptor) stunning.

This is a UK ad, isn't it? (They run those :90 and :120 units)
Beautiful on a 50 inch HD screen no doubt, but a bit sleepy on YT.

Credit where credit is due. I think we only get the abbreviated version here in Australia which is a shame. Now I'm going out to buy some Schweppes...:)

I think your description made me throw up a little in my mouth, too, but yeah, that was great. I like the adjective Chris used: stunning. Too bad I don't drink anything carbonated, or this might have even influenced by buying behavior. :)
