Slimmers needed!

I'm testing the 9 most popular diets for a top women's weekly and I'm looking for testers to try a diet for a month. Everything from Weight Watchers to Diet Chef (home delivered meals). Each lady needs to be between 30 and 50 years old and after the month is up it'll just involve a short phone interview and you sending in a head shot of yourself. There's £50 each for everyone who takes part. Plus three ladies will each get a further £100 and be invited to a central London studio to be preened and photographed to appear in the magazine afterwards.

Many of us are having to change our holiday plans this year because of the credit crunch. I'm writing a feature for Sunday Times Style on this growing trend. Dubbed an emotional pre-nup, going for pre-marital counselling is the latest trend in divorce-proofing your future relationship, as more couples see the benefits of being proactive and preventing problems from occurring in the first place, rather than reactive when problems do occur. While pre-marital counselling first had its roots in the Church, more secular sources are cropping up.

I want to speak to any couples who've had pre-marital counselling - whether it's with Relate, their Church or another source - why did you do it, did it uncover anything, any concerns, ultimately did it help/not help/work for you. Also, I'm looking to speak to any enterprises such as Relate or experts who've offered pre-marital counselling. Hi there, I'm doing a feature for Red on meditation for busy women and I'm looking for women in their 30s and 40s who meditate - this could be:

Sport meditation - as they exercise, they meditate
Organised classes
Meditation using a CD or as a result of a course they went on

Even people that only do it for a minute or so a day are suitable, in fact probably more so than those who meditate an hour a day!

There will be no pictures, just a quick phone call and quote is all that's required.
