FOX has added a pair of actors to the network's high profile drama "The Oaks."

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Gina McKee and Sienna Guillory will take leads in the ensemble alongside previously announced stars Shannon Lucio, Matt Lanter and Bahar Soomekh.

FOX gave a series commitment to "The Oaks" last month after winning a bidding war for the chance to make the series. "The Shield" veteran Shawn Ryan will run the show, which was created by David Schulner.

The pilot will be directed by Michael Cuesta ("Dexter") beginning in November.

"The Oaks" is a multi-generational story with supernatural elements focusing on three different families in three different decades living in the same house, haunted by the same spirit.

In 1968, a couple (Lanter and Lucio) who have just lost a child move in. In 1988, it's a family of four (with McKee as the mother). In 2008, it's a pregnant couple (Soomekh and an uncast male lead). Guillory will play the neighbor to the 2008 couple, a woman with Asperger's syndrome.

The England-based McKee would be taking her first regular American TV role, though she's familiar from telefilms including "Tsunami: The Aftermath," "The Blackwater Lightship" and "The Forsyte Saga." Movie audiences would recognize her from "Notting Hill," "Croupier" and the upcoming "Atonement."

Guillory is also British (isn't everybody on TV these days), though her credits include such big-ticket features as "The Time Machine," "Resident Evil: Apocalypse" and "Eragon."
