Google PDF Viewer?

Yesterday Google launched a new version of Google Book Search — and it's impressive indeed.  But after playing with it for a while, I realized something — this could be plopped right into Google Docs as a PDF viewer.

You can already save files as PDF on Google Docs, so why not offer the ability to store them too?  The viewer already offers most of the useful functionality Acrobat gives us — links to chapters, zooming, scrolling, full screen mode etc.
