Even though he was employed by them during his ENTIRE investigation of the The Pirate Bay BitTorrent tracker site, prosecutor decides to drop the investigation BEFORE it even begins.A few months back I mentioned how Jim Keyzer, the Chief police investigator in the preliminary investigation against The Pirate Bay, and a key witness in an upcoming trial against the famed BitTorrent tracker site, had been an employee of Warner Bros. during the entire affair! The Pirate Bay and others rightly objected to the fact that the Chief police investigator had been employed by the very people he was investigating complaints from. With impartiality a key facet for true justice and fairness at trial it would seem a logical conclusion that the Swedish prosecutor would investigate Keyzer's conflict of interest and ensure that not only has none occurred, but that it is prevented from happening in the future. Well, apparently this is non sequitur for Peter Sunde, one of the The Pirate Bay's founders of course, has written in his blog that he has received word that he will not - I repeat not - investigate Keyzer's connections to Warner Bros. even though he was employed by them during the ENTIRE INVESTIGATION that he is expected to testify about the findings of. He writes:
So much for a fair trial. Stay tuned.

Prosecution: "We won't investigate the alleged ties."
*Later at trial*
Defense: "Your honor we have documented evidence that the chief investigator was receiving financial support from one of the parties that he was supposed to be investigating. We therefore request that any testimony he gives, and any material evidence he submits, be made inadmissible."
Judge: "Sustained. All of Mr. Keyzer's testimony shall be stricken, and any evidence he or his subordinates have handled shall not be admissible as evidence."
Prosecution: "Motherfucker!"
Judge: "One more outburst like that and you will be in contempt of court!"
Come one mate....get with it.
lol
Laughable to say the least, they better have something else up their sleeve otherwise they're in for a crash & burn scenario.
