Let Nichelle Laray help you enter with style pizzazz in an exquisite way without breaking the bank. If you want to be the hostess of the mostess get a great plan together and execute it.
For starters choose a theme for the party, will it be a cozy dinner party or an elegant luncheon? Your next step is to buy or make decorations. If you decide to make decorations check out your local wholesalers or craft stores to see who has decorations on
The cheap! One great tip is try to purchase your decorations at the end of each season so that you will have them for next season. That’s how you build great props for your occasions to come.

Extend your invitations by mail or evites, are acceptable the more formal the dinner party or luncheon you must have a written or printed invitation tied into the theme. Please make sure you include details regarding time and attire. The deadline to rsvp for a luncheon or dinner party is one week.

Plan the menu Keep it simple simple, make sure you make dishes ahead of time so that you can enjoy your guest, after all that’s the reason to have a party right?

Two weeks before your party, make a play list. Play list are a must for any event, the music should have something to do with your theme and last as long as your event. Keep the music at a level where your guest can hear each other.

Make sure your crystal and china are cleaned and in excellent shape.

One week before your party makes sure your house is clean, do a quick check each day leading up to your event.

It’s important to take inventory of your tableware cookware and of course you’re serving dishes. If you lack a few pieces of dishes or serving pieces you can choose different pieces to mix and match. This makes your table look more exciting. It doesn’t have to be matchy matchy. Before your party put a posited note on each dish so that you will know what items go in the dishes?

Make a shopping list and cooking schedule Think about where you want to buy your ingredients, beverage to streamline your shopping route. Always make sure you calculate three bottles of wine four every four guest. Don’t forget to place an order with the local butcher, baker and seafood shop.

Set the stage check the flow of your furniture and remove all clutter. Figure out your lighting, will you need candles? Remember it is very important to create a great mood.

Seating plans, yes its very important to seat people together who don’t know each other this always creates great conversations. Set out place cards this is a must.

Your Final steps to having a Fantastic party;
Decorate/set the table
Put out fresh flowers the day of the party
Remove medicine from the medicine cabinet
Designate a place for coasts
Shop food and beverage
Cook as much as you can ahead of time
Make sure the dish washer is empty
Put on your party digs
Light the candles
Uncork the wine
Have a fruity drink and relax, and that’s how Nichelle Laray would entertain

Dear Nichelle Laray,
Sometimes I think im crazy or just losing my mind because you I can’t Figure out where my relationship is going. I’ve been dating the same person for one year. At times he says he wants to marry me then other times he ask completely satisfied to continue our relationship the way it is. I would love to be married and have children after all he should know if he wants to marry me. I want more out of this relationship what should I do?
Ms.confused

Dear ms confused,
First of all breathe ….. 2nd of all it is very clear that at this time you know where your relationship is going. (It’s going nowhere right now) It seems as though different things are important to your boyfriend at the moment. Use this time to make a decision about what is important to you and what you want out of life, change the status of your relationship. Get a puppy or kitten he or she will be your best friend. Realize that your relationship is not as serious as you want it to be at this time. Use this as a teaching lesson and remember that you can not control another human being.

Don’t wait on him if he’s not able to commit be thankful you got this info before you Said I do! Give him a break it’s not his fault he’s confused or is he? Remember that you are the prize get it? Perfect yourself and don’t make him the focus. Use this time to enhance your life and get out and do something interesting. Don’t be that disappointed in the way your relationship is unfolding after all you might meet someone that is better suited for you. After all that’s how most love stories end right?

Dear Nichelle Laray,
Im a having a blast with my new husband, we just got married 12 months ago and our jobs relocated us to Chicago. We have great friends and we love to hang out and have dinner with our friends. Its just one problem my husband has wondering eyes for my new girl friends. He always compliments them. It makes me sick. I also found that he has been emailing one of my friends, (and they weren’t planning my surprise birthday party! ) He claims that he is not interested in them he just thinks there beautiful. That truly makes me uncomfortable what should I do?

Dear Ms Uncomfortable,
Hopefully your husband compliments you every day all day long!

One thing you have to realize is that men will admire other women and women will admire other men. I think that you should sit down and have a conversation with him and express your feelings. He calling your girl friend to chit chat is a no no. And I mean no no. How many other women has he called? Bet you don’t know. If it’s uncomfortable for you analyze your relationship, figure out what you will and won’t put up with. If he doesn’t get it, I wonder how he would feel if you always complemented his friends. Most of the time people can dish it out, but can’t take it. Perhaps there other issues going on in his mind. This is something he has to work out, not you. Remain strong and realize that you are a beautiful and exciting woman, and that you are a super fantastic person.

Munchies Treats

Munchadoodle treats were developed by my mom and grandmother who taught me how to appreciate gourmet treats made with the finest ingredients. . While visiting Paris I admired and loved experiencing all of the wonderful pastries and gourmet treats. Walking through the diffent villas smelling pastries simply delighted me. It was like heaven! I then remembered at that moment my mom introduced me to wonderful gourmet treats as a child and that it bought back fond childhood memories . Oh what an experience.

I never new how mom made theses great cookies that sat on the counter in Timmy who was a teddy bear cookie jar, I knew it was something very special and I couldn’t wait to see what Timmy would be filled with. I was very surprised to taste her oatmeal raisin chocolate chip cookies. What a delightful treat after school. You can experience these homemade cookies and experience what I experienced growing up. Enjoy!

Outrageous chocolate chip cookies
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
½ salts
½ baking soda
1 egg
1 sticks of unsalted butter

Beat all sugars and 1 stick of butter and egg in mixer until it because very creamy
Gradually add flour and other ingredients in mixer, mix for 2 minutes

Bake cookies on 350 for 7 to 8 minutes
