Getting to the Airport

Ibiza Airport accepts direct flights from all over the world throughout the peak summer season. During the off-season, you may have to grab a connecting flight depending on where you’re coming from. In either case, the airport is a mere 7-minute drive from Playa d’en Bossa. You can get to and from the airport in a number of ways.

Taxis are preferred given their availability and the minimal amount of traffic on local roads. If you can get a taxi right at your hotel as soon as you’re ready to leave, you’ll be at the airport in less time than it takes you to call the family back home and tell them you’re on the way to the airport.

You can also get to the airport via bus. The one downside to the buses is their intermittent nature. In other words, they don’t necessarily run on schedule.
