Shut down BTDK - Viva El Moustacheland!!

dollykazoo@gmail.com (bitingdonkeys.com) — Tue, 19 Aug 2008 13:08:00 -0700

Due to lack of time and various difficulties (notably failure of BTDK 2.0 relaunch as it did not find sufficient visitors), I am very sorry and disappointed to announce that BTDK will no longer be updated.

The netlabel activity as well as the domain name "bitingdonkeys.com" will be shut down. Some tracks (where BTDK did not own the full copyrights) has been removed and will no more be available for download.

As from September, you will no longer have access to this website via "bitingdonkeys.com". However, the last version (currently in view) will remain as well as some MP3 for archive purposes. It can be accessed using the following url: http://bitingdonkeys.blogspot.com

Hopefully, you will be able to find some new tracks, mixes of Dirty Bergeon and friends either by
joining the Moustache Club on Facebook or by visiting: http://moustacheland.blogspot.com

Moustacheland is a wide open project with a large MP3 selection of remixes, bootlegs, unreleased and deejay mixes. Among those MP3, you will find original tracks through the "Moustacheland Records", a micro netlabel aggregating Dirty Bergeon and friends' projects.

Please have a look and bookmark this new address Moustacheland.

With Kind Regards,

Dirty 'Alister' Bergeon

BTDK 09: Kokobotic / Kokobotic - Mini album

1) The big combo
2) Closing titles
3) Uptown saturday night
4) Stereo Pinata
5) Animal hangups

It’s been a long time since we haven’t released good stuff! But don’t worry we are compensating with high quality tracks. Biting Donkeys proudly presents Kokobotic, a brand new project from a US-based anonymous artist, which is a masterpiece of funky wah wah and sounds like “starsky & hutch” pure style. This mini album is like a soundtrack for 70’s movie reloaded in a year 2050 fashion. Hope you will enjoy it as much as us!
