The Internet has numerous websites which have a lot of data stored in them such as videos, music, text, images, etc. One needs a good internet connection to access all the data available on various websites. Internet Download Manager also is known as 'IDM' is an application for Windows users which helps the users in managing and scheduling downloads on their Windows.

How IDM works?

IDM divides your file into a number of parts and downloads them simultaneously on your PC. The downloaded parts are saved temporarily on your hard disc in its format and then combines them to bring back the original file which you have downloaded.

How to move files from IDM to your Windows folder?

You can simply drag and drop the files from your IDM window to the Windows folder to copy or move the files.

Once you have downloaded and installed IDM on your Windows, you are all set to start downloading files using it.

1) Launch a web browser on your PC and go to the page containing the video which you wish to download.

2) You will find a 'Download This Video' option available on your screen, click on it.

3) Now, select the quality in which you wish to download the video in!

4) You can edit the name of the video and add a description to it before downloading it. Once done, click on 'Download' to download the video on your PC.

You can view the downloaded file in the application. You can move the downloaded video from IDM to your Windows folder if needed.

How to enable IDM extension in Google Chrome?

1) Launch Google Chrome on your PC and click on the three vertical dots on the top right corner of its window.

2) Select 'More Tools' from the drop-down box. Now, click on 'Extensions' from another drop-down box which appears on your screen.

3) A new tab will open in your browser where you can see all the extensions available in your Google Chrome. Here, search for 'IDM Integration Module' and check the checkbox located adjacent to it, to enable the IDM extension on Chrome.

100% Disk Usage in Task manager on Windows 10? Here's How to Fix It!

Microsoft launched Windows 10 a few years ago and forced to its all users to upgrade into Windows 10. Some people like it, some people don't but they don't have any other choices( You can buy a MacBook or try to switch to Linux and become a Hero ).
The big problem almost any user has is the slow computer. But is that from your computer? I was using the older version of Windows and it is working pretty fast, or it was fast before the latest Windows 10 build update.
Results are showing that users face 100% disk usage problem. To check that you can open up task manager and if you see red tab at the top with 100% usage of the disk then you are in the right place because here I will show few ways to fix it.

1) Fix SATA AHCI Driver problem

This is the most common issue that most of the users have.
The first thing that I suggest is to update all your drivers. Open the official website of your notebook or for your motherboard and download latest drivers. If you can't find SATA AHCI driver from the list then follow to next steps.
1) Right-click on the Start button and select "Device Manager".
2) Double-click on the "IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers" and open properties of "Standard SATA AHCI Controller".

3) Go to the "Driver" tab and click on "Driver details" button.

If you see "storahci.sys" then you are using the default driver from MS and you should change some settings from Registry.
But before that navigate to "Details" tab and from drop-down select "Device instance path" and remember the Value.

4) Now search for "regedit" in the search box and open it up.
Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\<<AHCI>>\Device Parameters\Interrupt Management\MessageSignaledInterruptProperties" and change <<AHCI>> with the value from previous step.
5) Double-click on "MSISupported" key and chage the value from "1" to "0".
After the restart, the problem should be fixed.

2) Disable Superfetch

This is the process that you want to get rid of it. It won't do any serious work so you can simply disable it.
Search for "services.msc" on your computer and open services.
Now, look for "Superfetch" service and right-click on it and select "Properties".
Change the Startup type to "Disabled" and press the "Stop" button.

3) Changing Power options

Try to change Power setting mode from Balanced to High Performance.
To do that, open Control Panel and navigate to Power Options > Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings. And here from drop-down select "High Performance".

4) Disable Windows Search

Open "services.msc" and look for "Windows Search". Now right-click on it and select "Properties". From drop-down box change the value to "Disabled" and click on the "Stop" button.

5) When a problem occurs using Skype or Chrome

If you get 100% disk usage when using Skype or Google Chrome, then you should try this method.
1) Open Google Chrome, go to Settings > Advanced > Privacy and Security and make sure that "Use a prediction service to load pages more quickly" is turned off.

2) Now make sure that Skype is completely closed, also from the taskbar.
Now open Windows Explorer and navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\".
Right-click on "Skype.exe" and select "Properties". Go to the "Security" tab and click on "Edit" button.
Select "All Applications Packages" and check the "Write" box.

After trying all these methods you should get positive results and if you still have the same problem, try to uninstall flash player updates from settings.
At last, you can reinstall Windows 10.

Blogger is a free way to create a blog without caring about hosting payments. You can modify your blog's design using CSS, add some cool features using JQuery Library. But there are some things that you really want to remove from your blog to give it a more efficient look. And today I will show you how to remove the "Showing posts with label" message box when you are opening a label page. You may already found a trick to do that just by removing a piece of an HTML code, but you only will mess up your blog's 404-page error message. So I will show you more smart and safe way to do that.

1) From Blogger's dashboard go to Template -> Edit HTML.
2) Simply use the Ctrl+F keyboard shortcut to open up the search box and search for <body>.
3) Now paste the below code just before the <body> tag.

And press on "Save Template" button.

How to Run/Open Android Apps Using Google Chrome Browser on Windows/Linux/OS X

We already know that we can run android apps on our computers. Using Android emulators, we can play Android games on our Windows, OS X, Linux machine. The best known android emulator is Bluestacks, but not the best one. There are alternatives to your known Bluestacks.
So what if we don't want to install any kind of software on our computer but still we really need to run android apps. You are lucky because there is a way to run Android apps suing their apk files on Chrome browser.

1) First of all, make sure you have installed the latest version of Chrome, update it or if you have a problem with updating then open Chrome official page and download the latest version to reinstall it. And of course, you need to have an internet connection.
2) You need to have an apk file of the app, you can read this post on how to download apk files directly from Google Play.
3) But you need a modified version of apk files. To do that simply add this extension to your Chrome browser. Now go to chrome://apps/ and open up twerk.
Now drag and drop the apk file to twerk app, next you need to set up some settings and hit on the pink android icon. Then you need to choose a directory where you want to save the modified apk files, create a new folder and save files.
4) You need to download a runtime, select the appropriate one for your system from the list given below.

ARChon 1.2 - Intel x86 Chrome 64-bit / Chrome OS 64-bit

ARChon 1.2 - Intel x86 Chrome 32-bit / Chrome OS 32-bit (Win7 32-bit: Use something like Chrome Beta 38.0.2125.77 beta-m)

5) Now when the download is finished you need to unzip it.
6) On Chrome navigate to Settings -> More Tools -> Extensions.
Make sure you have checked "Developer mode" and press on the "Load unpacked extension..." button, navigate to that folder you have unzipped files in the previous step and select it.

7) You can see a new extension named "ARChon Custom Runtime", make sure it is enabled.

8) In step three we have modified apk file with twerk extension, which creates a folder of our modified app. Now again we need to press the "Load unpacked extension..." button on Chrome and select the modified app folder.
9) Now it will add our android app to Chrome, you can see it in Chrome extensions list. Simply press on "Launch" link under the name of the app.

How to Disable/Turn Off Ubuntu Login/Log On Drum Roll Sound

Ubuntu one of the most popular Linux distribution nowadays. Most of new Linux users are choosing Ubuntu for its easy to use GUI because most of them used Windows and they are not familiar with terminal commands. But even it is the best choice for beginners, there are some cons. And in my opinion, the problem in Ubuntu is a Log on drum roll sound, which is annoying. Every time you turn on your computer and get a horrific sound notification and you think about how to turn off that sound. Today I will show you how you can turn that sound off completely.

1) First of all open up terminal(use Ctrl+Alt+T shortcut) and execute next command:

sudo gedit /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/com.canonical.unity-greeter.gschema.xml

Type in your account password and hit enter.

2) It will open up "gedit" text editor, scroll down and search for "play-ready-sound" line. Now under that line change the value from "true" to "false". Save the changes with "Save" button at the top of text editor.

3) And now execute the command given below in terminal:

Make a Multi Part RAR Archives From ISO File

When we are trying to send multiple files we archive them which will also decrease the size. If we want to burn an iso file into a disc and it is more than 4.7GB then we can make a multi-part RAR archives and burn them into two or more discs, which then will ask for the second disc if the first part is extracted.

That's really easy, I do recommend to download WinRAR on your computer.

Right click on the iso file and select "Add to archive" line from the context menu.

Now in opened window change the archive name, and change the Compression method to "Best" from the combo box.

And at last set the "Split to volumes, size" to how much MB or GB you need. You can do that manually or select the function from the list you need.

You can also set a password to archive files, and some other features available.

Click "OK" and wait until the archiving process finished.

If you are working with OS X, you really do need to access ~/Library directory, which is hidden by default. So to open it you can use the terminal, but what if you want to open it with finder as a normal folder and not with a terminal command.
Today I will show you how to unhide the Library folder on your OS X.

If you don't know how to access Library directory with terminal then use this command:

cd ~/Library

So to unhide the Library folder simply execute next command on terminal:

chflags nohidden ~/Library/

So now you can go to home directory and you can see the Library folder alongside with other folders.
If you want to hide it back again, execute next command:

chflags hidden ~/Library/

So it will hide the Library folder from your home directory.

Bought a new laptop or a new external wireless card for your computer and it can't detect your WiFi connection. The main problem is that you have an internet connection on your all devices except that new laptop or computer with the new external wireless card.
First of all, you need to check 5GHz network band capability.

For Windows users

Open up command prompt(cmd) on your computer and execute next command:

netsh wlan show drivers

Now if you see the 802.11a or 802.11n in "Radio types supported" list, then your wireless card is compatible with 5GHz network band.

For MAC OS X users

Open up the Spotlight and search for "network utility". Open up "Network Utility" app from results.
Now go to "Info" tab and from drop down menu select your WiFi network interface.
if you see the 802.11a or 802.11n in "Model" line, then your wireless card is compatible with 5GHz network band.

For Linux users

Open up terminal and execute next command:

When you install a Kali Linux on your computer usually you do that using VMware Workstation/Player or VirtualBox. Let's say you use your laptop and when you want to connect to your WiFi connection using your laptop's built-in wireless card and you got a problem because Kali Linux won't recognize it and not showing any wireless card information.
Kali Linux can work only with a few wireless cards. Don't try to use a bridged connection or something like that, even if you found a "solution" on the internet, it won't work.
If you are planning only to connect to WiFi connection and don't want to use any WiFi tools from Kali and enable the "monitor mode", then you can dual boot your computer and use the laptop's built-in wireless card. I'm not sure, but if you try to create a bootable Kali USB flash drive or DVD, maybe the built-in driver work again.
If you want to enable the "monitor mode" then you really need an external USB wireless adapters.
And I will show the list of USB Wireless Adapters/Cards compatible with Kali Linux old versions and with Kali Sana too.
If you are still using Backtrack(But really why you need to use Backtrack anymore) then this adapters too will work for you.

How to Enable/Disable Safe Mode boot with F8 button in Windows 8/8.1/10

Starting from Windows 8 Microsoft has changed a lot of settings. The Safe mode screen and the way to boot into it have changed. You need to open up the computer settings and then you need to choose the option to boot into Safe Mode screen, but what if your computer ran into a problem and you can't boot into computer.
And today I will show you how to get back the Safe mode screen and boot into it with the F8 key on the keyboard.

1) Open up the Command Prompt (CMD) on your computer as an administrator. To do that simply right click on start menu and from the context menu select "Command Prompt (Admin)".
Now execute the next command:

bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy

If everything is correct then you should see "The operation completed successfully" message.

Now you can restart your computer and press F8 few times to boot into Safe mode screen.
If you want to Disable it and go back to default Windows 8/8.1/10 Safe mode then open up the Command Prompt (CMD) as administrator and execute next command:

bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy standard

And if you see "The operation completed successfully" message it means you can't boot up into Safe mode with F8 button anymore, you need to use the default options of Windows 8/8.1/10 to boot into Safe mode.

How to Convert DMG File Format to ISO/CDR Using Disk Utility

When you working with OS X operating system you probably get the files with DMG extension. So you can open it up with your OS X but Windows and Linux won't open up that file, or you need to download a third-party software. So you can change DMG file extension to ISO or CDR.
I will show you how to do that without any third party software, just by using the OS X Disk Utility app.

1) First of all, open up the Disk Utility app on your mac, which is located at /Applications/Utilities path.
2) Now from Images menu select Convert navigate and choose the DMG format file.
3) Now you need to enter the filename you want to convert, set the value of "Image Format" to DVD/CD master and press on "Save" button.

It will save the file as CDR if you want to convert it to ISO then do next.
From the OS X desktop open the "Finder" menu and select "Preferences".
In opened window go to "Advanced" tab and make sure that the "Show all filename extensions" line are checked.
Simply right click on that CDR format file and choose from context menu "Rename".
Now change the "cdr" format to "iso", in warning window click on "Use .iso" button.

How to Fix VMware Workstation Tray icon Always Showing Problem, Can't Turn off "Show Tray icon" Feature

Few days ago VMware announced the 12th edition of Workstation. There are some bugs still from version 10. But the main annoying bug is the tray icon bug, which won't allow you to hide it forever. If you go to Preferences -> Show Tray Icon and choose the "Never" function it will change nothing. If you re-open the Workstation it will show the tray icon again. Which means it will run in the background after you close it.
Today I will show you how to fix it, to completely disable the Workstation's tray icon.

1) First of all, make sure that VMware products are closed on your computer and right click on Workstations's tray icon and select hide option. Now open up the RegEdit. To open it use the Win+R keyboard shortcut and in Run type regedit.
2) Now navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE and here find and delete VMware, Inc. folder. Now you can close the Registry Editor's(RegEdit) windows.
3) Download this registry file.
4) Now double click on registry file, click Run -> Yes -> Yes -> OK.
Now open up Workstation on your computer. And it will no longer show the tray icon.

How to Fix Sound/Audio Driver Mute in Kali Linux 2/Kali Sana on Boot

This problem exists in Kali Linux still from the first version. When you turn on Kali the sound is muted by default. You need to manually turn on the sound every time.
There is a solution for that and today I will show you how to fix the sound problem in Kali Sana.

1) Before you begin I do recommend to install kernel headers on your Kali.
Open up the terminal and execute the command given below:

apt-get install alsa-utils -y

Make sure you are executing the command as a root, if you are signed in as a user account with administrative privileges then add a sudo at the beginning of the command.

2) When the installation process finished, simply reboot Kali.
3) Now click on the sound icon on the right of the top panel and turn on the sound.

Next time it will but up with sound.

How to install Kernel Headers in Kali Linux 2/Kali Sana

When you install a Linux on your computer the first thing you need to do is update it and install the kernel headers. For example, Ubuntu installs kernel headers when you update it. But for Kali Linux users it's different, you need to install the kernel headers manually. If you are running Kali on VMware player/workstation or on VirtualBox then you need to install the kernel headers to be able to install the VMware tools or VB guest additions correctly.

1) Make sure you are logged in as a root, but if you are logged in as a user with administrative permissions then add a sudo before every command.
2) Simply open up the terminal and execute next commands:

apt-get update
apt-get install linux-headers-$(uname -r)

3) Now you can check if the kernel headers are installed correctly by checking it's version with next command:

uname -r

If you get a version of headers it means the kernel headers are installed successfully.

If you get some errors at installation time and the kernel headers are still not installed in your Kali then simply check the sources.list file.
To do that open up the terminal and execute next command:

leafpad /etc/apt/sources.list

You can change the leafpad with your favorite editor.
It will open up the sources.list file.

Make sure it includes all default and important repositories:

deb http://http.kali.org/kali sana main non-free contrib
deb http://security.kali.org/kali-security sana/updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://http.kali.org/kali sana main non-free contrib
deb-src http://security.kali.org/kali-security sana/updates main contrib non-free

If above lines don't exists in your sources.list file then simply add them. Save the file and close it. You can also get the latest source file repositories from here.
After all, try again to execute all command from the second step. If doesn't work try to restart the Kali and try again.

You can see a Skype on every computer because people are using Skype to talk to friends who live in long distance or to kill a time even for work.

What if you have more than one Skype account, maybe one for the family the next one for friends and another account for work. Skype doesn't have a feature to sign into multiple accounts in one time. But what if you need to open all your account you are waiting for the call.

In this post, I will show you how to open multiple Skype accounts on Windows, Mac and on Linux.

For Windows users

1) The first thing you need to do is go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype directory if you have a 64-bit operating system installed and go to C:\Program Files\Skype directory if you have a 32-bit operating system installed.

2) Now open up the "Phone" folder.

3) There you can see a Skype application, right click on it and from context menu go to Send To -> Desktop(create shortcut).

4) Now from Desktop right click on new Skype shortcut and select "Properties".

5) Now change the value of "Target" line. Add /secondary at the end of the line and hit "OK" button.

6) Now every time you want to open up a new Skype account on your computer just double-click on that shortcut file.

For Mac OS X users

1) Open up the terminal on OS X.

2) Now execute next command:

sudo /Applications/Skype.app/Contents/MacOS/Skype

3) It will ask for computer user's password, type in the password and hit enter.

4) After a few seconds, it will open up a new Skype window. Simply log in to your second Skype account.

You can close the terminal now, but if you get some problems and it's closing the second Skype windows after that then simply keep the terminal open.

For Linux users

1) Open up the Terminal on your Linux machine.

2) Simply execute the next command:

skype --secondary

3) It will open a new Skype windows, log in to your second Skype account.

How to Fix Apache Can't Start in XAMPP/WAMP/MAMP/LAMP, port 443 is busy by VMware Player/Workstation

If you want to create a localhost on your computer to work on your projects, of course, you need to install a server, and the famous one is Apache. And then if you are coding in PHP and working with databases you need to install MySQL and PHP on your computer. So it can take a long time to install all that piece by piece, but you can install that all components with one software such as XAMPP(multi-platform), WAMP(Windows), MAMP(Mac), LAMP(Linux).
But it may give you an error when you want to start an apache server. If it says the port 443 is busy, then it means you have a software which already using that port. This mostly happens when you have a VMware workstation installed on your computer.
And today I will show you how to fix that problem.

1) First of all close the software(XAMPP for example) and make sure all components on it are turned off.
2) Now go ahead and open up the VMware Workstation, navigate to Edit -> Preferences.
3) Now there you need to go "Shared VMs" at left side.
4) If you see a "Change Settings" button then simply click on it, if there is no such a button skip this step.
5) Press on "Disable Sharing" button and change the "HTTPS" value from 443 to 444 or something else, but make sure that post is not busy on your computer.

6) Now press on "Enable Sharing" button, wait until it's done and hit on "OK" button.
7) Close the VMware and open up the XAMPP, try to turn on the apache server again.

How to Delete an Undeletable File/Folder to fix "Could Not Find This Item" Error Message in Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10

There are so many bugs in Windows operating system. Microsoft trying to patch them with windows updates its providing, but still there are numerous bugs you can detect in your computer.
It happens that you can't delete a file or folder from your computer, you deleting it and it comes back. And today I will show a few methods to fix that problem.

Method No1

If you are deleting a file or folder but after desktop refresh it's appearing then, first of all, try to restart your computer. If after restart the file or folder is still remaining on your computer then follow to method No2.

Method No2

If the first method is not worked for you then we need to use this method. And in this method, we are going to use a command prompt(cmd).
Open up the Run by using Win+R keyboard shortcut. And there type in "cmd" and hit enter, it will open up the command prompt.
So let's say that the undeletable file/folder is in desktop, so we need to change the cmd directory to desktop and for that we need to execute the next command in cmd:

cd /d C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Desktop

Now change the "YOURUSERNAME" on command with your username. And if the file/folder in not located in desktop then change the command to navigate to that place.
Now type in:

dir /x

And now you should see in the list the first letters of undeletable file or folder and then continues with tilde sign. For example, if the undeletable folder name is "Undeletable Folder" then it should be something like "Undeletable Fo~1".
And at last, execute the next command:

rmdir /q /s Undeletable Fo~1

If it's a file then execute next command:

del File~1.txt

Change the "Undeletable Fo~1" with the file/folder name from the previous command result.
So now you can see that the file/folder is removed successfully from your computer.
