Our Verdict

Original post: According to Bloomberg sources say that Spirit Airlines could liquidate as early as this week. Spirit was going to merge with JetBlue before being blocked by the DoJ and then the deal was terminated by JetBlue. LendingClub was originally launched in 2006 as the first peer to peer lender that registered with the SEC. In 2020 it acquired Radius Bank and shut down it’s peer to peer lending platform.
