                    2022-08-30 10:39:52</div><sup lang="8e8855"></sup><time draggable="1b1a3a"></time><tt dropzone="3abc06"></tt><div lang="64822f" class="p483bb detailContent"><var date-time="567586"></var><area dir="fe8039"></area><map lang="ad42c2"></map><div draggable="ceed9e" id="leftMedia"></div><founder-content><p>class=TRS_Editor><p>　　近年来，长春国内高端聚烯烃材料，应化尤其是所制聚烯烃弹性体材料的市场需求旺盛，并保持快速增长。备聚开发高聚合活性、烯烃高共聚能力的弹性烯烃聚合催化剂来制备聚烯烃弹性体材料，能够推动我国高端聚烯烃行业进入新阶段。体研</p><p>　　最近，究中进展基于前期对催化剂结构设计、长春合成、应化优化的所制探索与积累，中国科学院长春应用化学研究所研究员崔冬梅团队设计合成了一类限制几何构型的备聚喹啉-亚甲基-芴基钪双烷基配合物。该催化剂在有机硼盐和烷基铝的烯烃活化下，温和条件下即可催化邻/间/对氟苯乙烯（o/m/pFS=S<sup>F</sup>）与乙烯（E）的弹性共聚合，活性高达1.8×10<sup>6</sup>gmol<sub>Sc</sub><sup>-1</sup>h<sup>-1</sup>，体研所得共聚物具有一个来自E-SF无规共聚链段的玻璃化转变温度（Tg =-22.2℃- 5.1℃）和一个来自结晶性连续E-E链段的熔点（Tm=42.3℃-130.2℃），在室温下表现出热塑性弹性体（TPE）的性质，拉伸强度最高为39.5MPa，断裂伸长率为774%。将聚合物重复拉伸至300%的应变10次后，残余应变只有75%，表明E-S<sup>F</sup>共聚物具有优异的弹性恢复性能（如图）。E-S<sup>F</sup>共聚物优异的力学性能得益于其微相分离的形貌结构，E-E链段作为物理交联点，将柔性的E-S<sup>F</sup>链段连接成聚合物网络，赋予材料优异的强度和韧性。</p><p>　　DFT理论计算表明，配合物喹啉侧臂的电子效应和位阻作用在形成特殊序列结构的E-S<sup>F</sup>共聚物上起决定性作用：喹啉侧臂的弱吸电性增加了中心金属的Lewis酸性，提高乙烯聚合的活性，有利于形成连续的结晶性链段，由动力学控制；喹啉侧臂的位阻作用在一定程度上阻碍了体积较大的对氟苯乙烯插入，使其只能离散式地插入到聚合物主链上，不能连续插入，由热力学控制。</p><p>　　综上所述，该工作通过调节催化剂的位阻和电子效应，实现了对共聚物序列结构的调控，高活性制备出力学性能优异的功能化聚烯烃热塑性弹性材料。相关研究成果在<em>Angewandte Chemie International Edition</em>上发表。研究工作得到国家自然科学基金的资助。</p><p><img dropzone="4eec02" alt="" oldsrc="https://www.cas.cn/syky/202112/W020211203576635585849.jpg" src="./https://www.cas.cn/syky/202112/W020211203576635585849.jpg" />&nbsp;</p><p>乙烯与氟苯乙烯共聚合制备力学性能优异的热塑性弹性体材料</p></p><p>
