Shareholders of Santa Maria Petroleum (TSX-V: SMQ) voted to approve 
the sale of all substantial assets of their Colombian branch, according 
to the company.

In November of 2013 Santa Maria entered a share purchase agreement
 with Global Oil &amp;amp; Gas Services, which will acquire all shares of 
the newly incorporated wholly owned subsidiary of Santa Maria (Newco).
