Just because Selena Gomez can poke fun at “Fifty Shades Of Grey” doesn’t mean that she wants to star in the movie version of the books. The Disney starlet appeared in a “Funny Or Die” sketch about the S&M novel, but she thinks an older actress would be better for the role of Anastasia Steele.

She said that she does enjoy pushing the boundaries, but there isn’t any way that she would want to play the role of the college student who gets brought into the lifestyle by billionaire Christian Grey.

In a new interview, she revealed, “I know I’m taking risks but I don’t think I could do that. That would be a little too much for me.”

When asked who should play the part, she added, “Someone older should do that part.”

“Winning warlock” Charlie Sheen has revealed that he plans on retiring from acting after finishing up his new show “Anger Management”.

The FX show is built on the “Anger Management” movie, which starred Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson. The new show features Charlie as a former baseball player who is overcoming anger issues in order to become a “non-traditional” therapist.

He referred to his new show as his “swan song”. In a new interview with the “New York Times”, he said, “I’ve got a dream life as a direct result of television, you know? But at some point you just get tired of wearing somebody else’s clothes, saying somebody else’s words and working in somebody else’s space.”

He went on to say, “When I’m done with this business it’s just going to be about soccer games and amusement parks. And when this ends, I’m done. This is my swan song. There’s a lot more out there to do than make believe, you know?”

Is this another attempt from Charlie to get back together with his ex-wife Denise Richards?

High wire walker Nick Wallenda, a member of the famous “Flying Wallendas” family, made history Friday night in Niagara Falls, as he traversed the brink of the falls on a 2 inch wire. Wallenda is the only person to ever perform such a stunt at the world famous falls. Similar stunts have been done in the past, but only further along the river over the gorge, and not over the brink of the falls itself. Wallenda carefully traversed the cable which stretched from Goat Island, on the American side of the falls, to Table Rock which is situated on the Canadian side.

Wallenda had been trying to acquire permission to attempt the feat for some time, before Canadian authorities finally granted access to try the stunt, setting aside a 128 year old law forbidding such stunts. Nick Wallenda, 33, said that his inspiration was his great grandfather, Karl Wallenda, patriarch of the famous high wire walking family of performers. Karl Wallenda tragically fell to his death in 1978 in Puerto Rico during an ill fated high wire walk between two city skyscrapers.

Nick Wallenda was required to wear a safety tether, which would keep him from plummeting from the wire into the churning falls were he to lose his balance and fall. Wallenda was ordered to wear the tether and keep it attached at all times by the ABC TV network, who broadcast the feat live on national TV. ABC officials said that they would stop filming the stunt immediately if Wallenda removed the tether at any point during the stunt.

As he completed the trek, Wallenda was greeted by his family members at the Table Rock destination, along with Canadian officials who humourously asked to see his passport upon his arrival. Wallenda said that his feat was meant to inspire people around the world. Next up for the famous daredevil is a planned walk across the Grand Canyon, for which Wallenda says he already has secured permission.

On Sunday night’s episode of “True Blood”, we’ve gotten a preview of Pam’s human life before being changed by Eric. In addition, the episode showed us Steve Newlin trying to negotiate with Jessica for Jason, Terry’s going crazy and Tara is a wild baby vampire. When captured by the Authority, Bill and Eric try to negotiate with the Guardian, Roman, for their lives. They offer up Russell Edgington, who was thought to be dead, for their own lives.

In next Sunday’s episode, titled “Whatever I Am, You Made Me”, we see Sookie going to Fangtasia to ask Pam for help in getting Tara back. Gordon and Barbara Pelt question Alcide about their missing daughter Debbie. In return, Alcide goes to Sookie because he feels that she is hiding something from him.

Also featured in the preview, is Hoyt with guyliner! Is he headed to Fangtasia to try and find another vampire like Jessica? Jessica also comes face to face with Claude! She tells him that he smells awesome and asks what he is. Of course, he’s a fairy!

“True Blood” season five episode two titled “Whatever I Am, You Made Me” is set to air on June 24, 2012 at 9PM EST on HBO. Will you be tuning in?

Make no mistake, Tom Cruise’s new movie “Rock Of Ages” is all about the music. But don’t head out to the theaters to see it just yet — unless you want to revisit the eighties with nothing more than a less than stellar plot. The entire decade was rife with Aqua Net, Rubik’s Cubes and of course, hair bands (Poison, Bon Jovi, Foreigner and . The movie’s title alone screams Def Leppard circa 1983. (Not that there’s anything wrong with that — we’re huge Def Leppard fans).

Despite a cast roster including Tom Cruise, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Julianne Hough, Alec Baldwin, Mary J. Blige and Russell Brand, the movie itself failed to win over moviegoers. Reportedly, the flick brought in $15.1 million in its first week.

“Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted” raked in a cool $35.5 million in its second week, still in the top box office spot. “Prometheus” landed in the second spot with $20.2 million, leaving “Rock Of Ages” in third, “Snow White And The Huntsman” in fourth place and “That’s My Boy” in the fifth spot.

If you heard the news that Miley Cyrus was engaged to Liam Hemsworth at the young age of only 19-years-old and thought that she was pregnant, then congratulations you weren’t the only one. The rumors ran rampant when “Us Magazine” reported that Miley was pregnant, but her mother Tish Cyrus is clearing the air.

Tish took to her official Twitter account to say, “So sad that the nasty tabloids have to make up stories to sell their trashy mags. Cant they just leave these 2 alone and let them be happy? makes me so sad.”

She went on to say, “This should be the happiest time of [their] lives and it makes me sick they USE her to sell mags… Thanks to all the Miley supporters who LOVE her.”

Did you first hear Miley and Liam’s engagement news and think that they did it because she was pregnant?

Oprah Winfrey visited the Kardashians and had a chat with Kim Kardashian. The talk show titan asked Kim about her failed marriage to NBA player Kris Humphries and then asked about her new romance with rapper Kanye West.

When asked how her divorce has changed her, she revealed, “I feel like I’ve had an epiphany. A lot of my friends, people that I love to just sit and talk to and spend time with, are wiser and a little bit older than me. Before, all my boyfriends were younger. I always dated five years younger. My whole thing was completely different.”

She went on to say, “And now I just love that I’m with someone that’s a couple years older than me. I love that my friends are sometimes even twenty, thirty years older than me. That I can just enjoy their company and their experiences.”

She continued, “It’s like how Kourtney had this epiphany when she had her baby and she changed into a different person, I feel like I’ve had an epiphany over the last year. For what I’ve been through I am that changed person, just from my own experiences.”

“The Bachelorette” Emily Maynard is said to be feuding with her deceased fiance’s parents, according to reports. The latest Hollywood gossip surrounding the reality star is that his parents are miffed at her for having her six-year-old daughter Ricki on the show.

“Us Weekly” reports that Ricky Hendricks’ parents are still giving Emily financial support, but they are not too keen on the idea of having their granddaughter in the spotlight.

A source revealed, “When Emily went on The Bachelor, they weren’t pleased, but they supported her. Now they’re not speaking. They don’t want their grandchild in the spotlight. They are private people.”

Instead of forgoing the show altogether, Emily had the show filmed in her home state of North Carolina. The source said, “They didn’t want Ricki uprooted. They also wanted Ricki kept out of the spotlight, not exploited.”

Emily is said to be engaged to the winner of the show, but that won’t be unveiled on the network until the season finale — which airs on July 16th. Rumor has it that Emily has become “difficult” since being the star of the show. The spy added, “She is painted in this Mother Teresa light. She is a nice girl, but she isn’t as good as she’s made out to be. She knew she was the star, so she became a bit of a diva.”

TRUE BLOOD – AUTHORITY ALWAYS WINS RECAP HERE!

In March, popular game maker Zynga bought OMGPOP for a whopping $200 million, in its largest acquisition to date. Now, it appears that Ryan Seacrest and CBS are bringing popular game “Draw Something” to a television near you. Could it be the next “Win, Lose Or Draw”?

Ryan will be producing the game show after CBS ordered a pilot for the show. According to “The Hollywood Reporter”, the game will see celebrities and everyday users playing in front of a live audience in order to earn cash prizes. In addition, viewers at home will be able to play along to try and win some prizes.

In case you’re not familiar with the game, here is a brief breakdown. Users are able to select from some predetermined drawing selections or use a bomb to get new ones. One player draws and his opponent has to guess what the drawing is. If the guess is correct, both parties win coins.

Ryan Seacrest is not expected to make a presence on air and will not be hosting. Are you a “Draw Something” fan?

On week five of “The Bachelorette”, Emily Maynard sent Kalon McMahon packing after he referred to her daughter Ricki as “baggage”. She was livid when she learned of his comments from Doug and decided to confront him with it right then and there.

Kalon didn’t really have any defense for himself and Emily told him to get the f**k out. He left and subsequently has shown up on the new casting list for “Bachelor Pad 3″. Coincidence? Or perhaps he was planning on doing the spinoff show and forced a quick exit?

Was Kalon only on “The Bachelorette” in order to make himself famous with his douchebaggery? Looking back, it didn’t seem like he was really in it to try and be with her. He said previously that he always thought his first child would be his biological child, so we’re guessing that he came into it knowing that he wasn’t there for the right reasons.

If you’re curious as to whether or not Emily will be tuning into the show to watch Kalon in action, you’ll be happy to know that the answer is a resounding NO. She took to her official Twitter page to say, “not watching. The fact Kalon will ever be on any tv again makes me want to stab my eyeballs out with dull pencils. Too much?”

Teen singer Justin Bieber has revealed that the false baby scandal brought upon him by Mariah Yeater almost made him quit the music business. If you’ll recall, Mariah claimed that the Biebz impregnated her during a quick romp backstage at the Staples Center. He says that was almost the straw that broke the camel’s back for his career!

In a new interview with “Fabulous” magazine, he said, “At the beginning of it all I was in Florida, away from my friends and family and I was pretty sad. I got to the point where I thought, ‘I don’t want to do this. I just want to be normal.’ It was difficult because I’d never gone through anything like that.”

He also said that his mentor Usher convinced him to toughen up some. He said, “Usher was like, ‘Prepare to have this for the rest of your career because it’s not going to stop.’ He’s gone through some stuff and most artists go through their fair share of bull. That was just my first time.”

On the topic of his accuser, Justin added, “I feel sorry for her more than anything. Everything that hurts you makes you stronger in the end. You’ve got to learn from the bad things that happen.”

Earlier this month, Earsucker treated “Breaking Bad” fans to the official season five poster featuring Walter White’s “All Hail The King” promo. The show’s fifth season premieres on AMC at 10PM EST on July 15, 2012 and as the premiere nears, we’re getting more goodies for the show. Today, we’ve got the new teaser trailer for the upcoming show.

The promo video features the same theme and fortunately for fans, the show picks up right where it left off. In the season four finale, we see the aftermath brought on by Hector’s nursing home explosion which claimed the life of Gus as he adjusts his ties and falls to his death.

Jamie Lynn Spears performed a tribute to her older sister Britney Spears in Nashville, Tennessee on Thursday. Jamie Lynn took the stage at 3rd and Lindsley Bar and Grill and sang a country song called “I Look Up To You”. Awww.

She told the crowd, “The next song is called, ‘I Look Up To You’. You can imagine who I wrote it about. I hope y’all like it a lot.”

She sang, “Saying scared little girl living in a big old world. You’ve outgrown your room, it all happened way too soon. They took away your innocence. We forgot our strong defense.”

After the show, she took to her official Twitter account to say, “Thanks to everyone who came out tonight!! Sooo very appreciated!!”

A source boarding a flight from JFK Airport to LAX emailed “Crushable” this note about the duo yesterday:

They came over to the gate right as I was boarding and I saw him first. His hair is fuller and he’s got a beard, but I recognized him right away. Then he walked over and a girl with him sat down and it was Rory fucking Gilmore. They are not sitting in first class but him right in front of her in middle seats. Guess they booked last minute. He was leaning over the back of his seat talking to her and leaned over and kissed her.

Previously, Alexis dated her “Gilmore Girls” co-star Milo Ventimiglia from 2002 to 2006.

Rumors have been flying around stating that “American Idol” judge Jennifer Lopez was begging her boyfriend and lead choreographer Casper Smart to give her a baby. Reportedly, J-Lo told her family, “I’m having a baby!”

A source told “Star” magazine, “Jennifer has always dreamed of having three or four kids. She knows that if she is going to be a biological mom again, it has to happen sooner rather than later. So she’s decided to just let nature take its course.”

The source also said, “Jennifer and Casper spend all their spare time together – and he is crazy about her twins. He’s a great substitute dad, and the twins love to play with him. They’re already like a family.”

Jennifer’s rep is slamming the reports, calling them “inaccurate”. As if we couldn’t have figured that one out, right? Anyone who regurgitates news from “Star” magazine as “fact” really shouldn’t be believed, should they?

Season eleven “American Idol” winner Phillip Phillips has changed his Twitter handle. During his campaign for the “Idol” crown, Phillip was on Twitter as @PPhillipsAI11, but has alerted his many “Philatics” to the name change. Today, he took to his official Facebook page to let fans know that he is now going by @Phillips on the social networking site. The good news is if you were already following Phillip’s tweets, then you’ve already been migrated to his new Twitter name. He also gave a hint about his debut album!

Earlier this morning, Lindsay Lohan was said to be “unresponsive” at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Marina del Ray, California. Fans need not worry, however, as it has all turned out to be what appears to be a misunderstanding.

Someone from the production team of her Lifetime movie “Liz And Dick” called 911 after they couldn’t reach her. Paramedics responded to the penthouse of the swanky hotel after hotel staff also tried to reach her. The paramedics found nothing wrong with the rehabbed actress, except for exhaustion.

Her rep Steve Honig said, “Lindsay has been working on a grueling schedule for the last couple of days. Last night she worked from 7PM to 8AM. She was exhausted and went back to her room to sleep. Producers were apparently concerned and called the fire department and paramedics found her sleeping but determined that she was fine, just extremely exhausted and slightly dehydration. She is on her way home now to rest and will be back on set later today.”

I don’t know about you, but I’ve never had my job worry about me so much that they had to call 911 to make sure I was okay.

Actor Kevin Costner successfully defended himself against a lawsuit filed against him by fellow actor Stephen Baldwin in a federal court hearing in New Orleans. Baldwin had claimed that Costner owed he and his friend, Spyridon Contogouris, over 17 million dollars in damages relating to a deal with BP to buy oil separating devices following the April 2010 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Baldwin alleged that Costner cheated him and his friend out of their shares of the profits. The jury deliberated for less than two hours before coming to the decision that Costner owed them nothing.

Following the decision, Costner said that “my name means more to me than money, and that’s why we didn’t settle.” Costner went on to explain that the oil separating device was created by his company, Ocean Therapy Solutions. Baldwin has claimed that he and his friend had no knowledge of the BP deal when they consented to sell their shares.

Costner said that he is grateful to the jury, and admits he was lucky that the jury “saw the truth of the story.”

Lindsay Lohan crashed her rented Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway on Friday. The truck driver she smacked into claimed he was told that a famous person was in the car which rear-ended him and they didn’t want a lot of media attention. He claims that he also witnessed Lindsay’s people putting stuff from the car into a pink bag — of which he was asked not to mention to the police.

Now, we’ve learned that there was a water bottle in the trunk of the car that had booze in it. Was Lindsay trying to have her people remove stuff from the scene of the accident? The good news for Lindsay is that she was given a breathalyzer test and she passed.

A source close to the actress told “Radar Online”, “Lindsay was given a portable breathalyzer test along with several other field sobriety tests and she passed them all. She did everything that was asked of her and cooperated fully. This is why the cops didn’t request a blood sample from Lindsay, as they concluded that she wasn’t under the influence and didn’t need to be given a blood test. Lindsay was shaken up obviously about the accident, but that is to be expected. The cops told her that she was lucky to be alive, and her seat belt absolutely saved her life.”

Still, Lindsay could face trouble as a result of the incident — for lying to the cops. She told police officers that she was not driving the Porsche when the accident happened, yet later, her assistant told the police that she was, in fact, driving. Will she do jail time?

When “The Hunger Games” star Liam Hemsworth became super famous and then decided to marry Miley Cyrus, apparently he decided not to inform his ex-girlfriend Laura Griffin. We wouldn’t see how that would be a problem, but he was with this girl for six years.

Miley and Liam just recently confirmed the news of their engagement, but he didn’t give Laura the courtesy of a phone call. In fact, she found out about the happy couple’s engagement the same way you did — from the media.

In a new interview with Celebuzz, Laura said that she was basically blindsided by the news of Liam’s engagement. She revealed, “I’m not going to lie, I’m a little surprised. He’s still someone I care about.”

She went on to say, “Of course it hurts seeing someone I spent so many years with moving on, especially when I learned from the media. But at the same time if they are in love and are happy, why not? I’m very happy for him.”

We’re confused — is she happy or sad about Liam’s engagement?

Reality star Khloe Kardashian has been rumored to be looking to get pregnant by her husband Lamar Odom for some time now. The rumors of her impending pregnancies go all the way back to the time she said “I do” to Lamar. She’s also been rumored to have undergone many IVF treatments, but has denied the reports. Now, apparently that’s all changed.

We’ve learned that Khloe and Lamar are looking to have a baby and that the reality star is currently undergoing fertility treatments. Reportedly, the duo have tried to get pregnant for months, but the situation was a no-go. TMZ reports that Khloe went to ART Reproductive Center on Monday in order to start the process of having a baby.

Khloe took her sister Kim with her for some moral support and gave blood so that her doctors could check her hormone levels. Khloe and Lamar were looking to get pregnant while they were still living in Dallas, Texas, but their careers were said to have gotten in the way.

Will she have a baby for the ratings for their TV show? After conceiving and giving birth, we’re guessing that they will try to sell the exclusive photos to a tabloid. It’s a profitable business for celebrities. We’re guessing that Kris Jenner is already seeing dollar signs.

Matthew McConaughey and his babies’ mother, Camila Alves, got married over the weekend in Texas and “People” magazine has the first photos of the happy couple’s nuptials. Firstly, congratulations to the happy couple on their wedding. And doesn’t her dress just look gorgeous?

Matthew said in the issue, “We decided to embrace the ritual of marriage as an opportunity and adventure we’ll take together.”

They welcomed 120 guests for the three day event. Guests included Kenny Chesney, Woody Harrelson and Reese Witherspoon.

The couple’s son Levi served as the ring bearer for the occasion, while little Vida was the flower girl. Camila said, “Somehow they both seem to understand what we are doing on a spiritual level.”

The issue of “People” which features Matthew and Camila’s wedding photos will be on the newsstands on Friday. This isn’t the first time that a celebrity has forgone the idea of an extravagant wedding in favor of an informal ceremony. Earlier this month, Drew Barrymore married Will Kopelman in the backyard of her Montecito, California mansion.
