Can you believe the Fall Season is almost here? There’s something truly rejuvenating about Falls arrival in Charlotte North Carolina. Fall is the perfect time to get your home organized and redesigned for the winter ahead. Its time to freshen your homes interior and start thinking about a new fall decorating plan that feels warm, welcoming and cozy.

10 ways to update your home for fall

1. Picture perfect
If you’re a closet shutterbug, release your inner talent and get snapping! Take photographs of pretty fall foliage or other scenes that say “autumn” to you. Blow your photos up and display them on tables or, create a feature wall in your home using picture rails. Display your photographs in frames of varying shapes, sizes and finishes for amped-up visual appeal. You can change up your photos each season for a continually refreshed look and feel.

2. Welcome wreaths
Wreaths are traditionally associated with Christmas but more and more, wreaths are becoming a fall decorating essential as well. Adorn your front door with a wreath made out of wheat, berries, pinecones or acorns for a simple but elegant way to welcome guests to your home. A simple pinecone wreath, for example, can be updated for the holidays with the easy addition of red berries, green leaves and ribbon.

3. Simple slipcovers
Updating your home doesn’t have to mean blowing a bundle on new furniture. Your existing furniture can get an instant makeover by using slipcovers. Replace cotton slipcovers with thicker fabrics like faux suede and jacquard ones in warm fall colors like chocolate brown, evergreen and rust.

4. Clusters of candles
Candles add a warm glow to any room in the home. Place scented candles in large hurricane vases. Nestle the vases in individual bases made from pinecones or faux fall berries. Candles with woodsy fragrances like pine or balsam or sweet scents like vanilla or cranberry will send a delightful aroma wafting through the air of your home.

5. Mad for plaid
Plaid is a fall favorite. Calling forth thoughts of the Scottish countryside, this pastoral pattern is an easy way to transition your home from summer to fall. Replace cotton throws and cushions with ones graced with plaid. Grays, reds, greens and navy blues are traditional plaid colors and perfectly suit a fall-themed home.

6. Pretty pumpkins
Traditionally on display during Thanksgiving and Halloween, pumpkins make a lovely all-season fall addition. But how do you use them as decorative items, rather than jack-o-lanterns? Simply place a group of three pumpkins on your front porch on top of a welcome mat. Or, carve the insides out of a medium-sized pumpkin and fill the shell with flowers for a beautiful and natural floral display. Try painting a large pumpkin white, and then paint an interesting pattern on top in a different color. Display on a cake stand for a veritably unique centerpiece!

7. A bounty of books
Fall is the perfect time to curl up with a hot cup of tea and a good book. Instead of leaving your books perfectly lined up on your bookcase, pick out the ones you plan to read for the season. Display them in neat stacks on tables around the house. It won’t cost you anything and will also motivate you to read those books that have been collecting dust on your bookshelf!

8. Gorgeous garlands
Pinecones can easily be strung together on a piece of twine to make a long and lovely garland. Beautiful and natural, a pinecone garland looks stunning strung along a staircase banister or a mantelpiece.

9. Change your color palette
Simply adding fall colors to your home will provide a fresh, updated feeling. Swap out light-colored bathroom towels for ones in rich browns and oranges. Switch your bed linens from summer’s light, white cottons to coffee-colored flannels for warmth on cool nights. Add jewel-tone throws and cushions to your sofa.

10. Area rugs
If you’ve got wood or tile flooring throughout your house, warm things up with area rugs during the fall and winter months. Hand-woven or hand-loomed rugs in spice colors like cinnamon, paprika and saffron will instantly pop in a space while also making things a bit more comfortable underfoot.

Soon the cooler crisp temperatures will arrive and the outdoor fall colors will surround us in all their glory. With fall season here this gives us reason to decorate our homes for the fall season. I found some great inspiring design ideas from Pottery Barn this year. Enjoy a few interior & exterior decorating ideas plus a few upcoming outdoor fall events to check out.

1. In your homes foyer add artwork that displays beautiful fall themes. I love the warmth that oranges, browns, golden yellows and reds can bring to your home during the fall season.

2. Show off your fireplace mantel with fall seasonal decorations. Often you can find items right in your back yard, pinecones, acorns, magnolia branches, dried colorful leaves and leaf vines. Try your local craft store like Michaels to gather gourds and small pumpkins then add in a few colorful fall scented candles. Viola your fireplace is ready for the fall season.

3. Add fall spark to your front porch you can find color inspiration from the falling leaves. Add colored ribbon mixed with raffia to your front porch columns, position white and orange pumpkins with seasonal mums on the front porch. Each room in a home has the ability to awaken a mood and an atmosphere

Color comes with many choices keep in mind that paint colors in your home can influence your mood and energy levels. The way you function in a room and depending on your style determines your choice for warm, cool, dark or light colors.

Colors combined together add visual interest to a room, they can give a home a modern or traditional feel. Keep in mind when looking at color chart samples that pink to yellow are warm and green to purple are cool colors.

Dark deep reds, purples, dark blues and greens can give you a gloomy effect but when used in the right way as an accent element they help to comfort and make you feel secure.

Yellow, orange and pink shades give the room a higher temperature they are best used in rooms that receive less sunlight. They stimulate movement avoid them in a room that you want to use for relaxation such as your bedroom. Yellow in a bedroom brings happiness so if you are someone that feels the winter blues this may be a room color choice for you.

Cool colors are your spa blues and greens they have a calming effect. For a bedroom these colors are a good choice as they help you relax and feel rejuvenated the next morning. Pay attention to rooms that have very little to no sunlight when using these cool colors.

Where family gathers and communicates dark colors like navy blues often create a cold feeling and conversation can be discouraged. I suggest not using these colors in family rooms and dining rooms.

Use red as an accent color it tends to raise the energy level in a room and can sometimes make some a little annoyed.

Gray has been one of my favorite colors coming in warm and cool tones its great for family rooms, living rooms, bathrooms and just about any room. Using in the kitchen may curb the appetite for some of us which might be a good thing sometimes.

Color maybe the easiest and least expensive way to transform the mood and energy of a room, choosing color can sometime be overwhelming. Believe it or not, the holiday season can be a great time to sell your home. You may think that spring is the ultimate season to sell your home due to more houses being listed and more people seem eager to buy. It’s true that the housing market typically heats up during the spring, however, the holiday season is often overlooked as a prime time to sell.

Why? First of all, there is less inventory on the market typically, allowing your home to easily stand out among the available inventory. And though there are technically fewer buyers overall, the buyers that are looking are far more serious about finding a home within a specific timeframe. So, make your home warm and inviting and open it up to those looking to buy, because selling your home during the holidays might be your best present this year.

1) Stage for the Holidays. Think Clean, Cozy, Simple.

Yes, you should absolutely decorate your home during the holidays even if you are trying to sell it. The real question you should be asking is, how much?

One thing that happens to all homeowners is that we tend to accumulate a lot of stuff. This is especially true of holiday decorations. When you pull out holiday décor this year, think like a stager or a designer. You don’t want to use every decoration or ornament you’ve ever owned. This year, for the sake of appealing to the buyers touring your home, use your best decorations as holiday accents in each room without drawing attention away from your home’s best selling features.

Your home may have large windows with a great view or maybe your home has a dream kitchen. Whatever sold you on your home when you first bought it is most likely the same feature(s) that will sell your house this holiday season. So, don’t cover up your view with an excessively large Christmas tree, even though you may have the high ceilings for it, or bury your living room in snow globes, nutcrackers, and an abnormally large nativity scene. You want to accentuate your home’s best features with holiday décor, not bury them.

Just remember that you should still enjoy the holidays in your home even if you’re trying to sell it. Holiday décor can go a long way in making your house feel like a future home for those touring it. If you have a fireplace, decorate it with garland and hang stockings from its mantle. Use candles and wallflowers that are iconic smells of the season, such as pumpkin spice or balsam and cedar. You especially want to keep your home clutter-free and need to clean it regularly. The holidays can easily bring in the clutter, so make sure you stay on top of it. You want homebuyers to feel comfortable and warm the moment they walk through your front door. You want them to feel at home.

2) Price Your Home to Sell

You and your listing agent will most likely come up with a pricing strategy together based on comparable homes in the area, what the current housing market is doing, and what the demand for housing looks like or is projected to do. Ultimately, several variables go into pricing ones home to sell, however, there are a couple of easy tricks that can help attract homebuyers.

Price Your Home Competitively

If your home was a lemonade stand that was competing against a rival lemonade stand on the other side of the street, how would you make your lemonade more enticing to people passing by? Maybe your lemonade comes in a larger cup, maybe it comes with ice, or maybe it’s just priced lower than your competition.

If your home looks like all the other homes on the block with similar features, then a lower price point will definitely draw in more traffic than your rivals. However, if your home is the largest one on the block, has more acreage, or a double car garage and pool, you can price your home based on the increased value it provides. Start off by seeing how much your home is worth by checking out online estimates and then compare them to other houses in your area.

Use Strategic Price Points When Listing Your Home

Have you ever noticed while you’re grocery shopping that almost all prices end in .99, such as $1.99 or $4.99? This simple manipulation of pricing is called setting strategic price points and essentially makes the price of something appear smaller (or cheaper) than it really is. The same exact concept works when pricing your house to sell. For example, if you decide your home could sell for $500,000, pricing it at $499,000 will (theoretically) draw in more traffic and possibly more offers.

3) Make Your Curb Appeal a Top Priority

Your neighborhood may actually look more appealing to homebuyers during the holiday season. Maybe you live on one of those streets where everyone from miles around drives down your lane to see houses lit up in all colors of holiday splendor. You don’t want to go overboard with your exterior holiday decorations, but you want to make your house shine along with the other homes on your block.

Furthermore, your lawn may not be that lush green it usually is during the summertime, and your trees may currently be barren. That’s why making your curb appeal a top priority is necessary when selling your home in winter. Make sure all the sticks, dead leaves, and any other debris are picked up and your lawn is neatly trimmed. Even though we have entered the colder months, a few weeds that poke up from the ground can make your lawn seem neglected. If you have pictures of your home at alternative times of the year when your curb appeal is burgeoning with flora, these may also be a good idea to have available for homebuyers. This way instead of homebuyers trying to picture your house in other seasons, they can just see it for themselves.

4) Keeping your Property Safe for Homebuyers

Unlike home sellers that live in coastal regions, there are many more home sellers living in mainland USA where outside temperatures are well below freezing during the holiday season. Driveways and walking paths are blanketed in snow and ice, and icicles hang from gutters like glass curtains. A legitimate concern for home sellers in one of these frigid areas is how to keep your property safe for homebuyers. The only thing you can really do is be proactive and break out that snow shovel and start clearing a path.

If you’re expecting snow on an almost weekly basis, then it might be best to hire out professionals to come by once a day and make sure your driveway, front steps, and any walking path are cleared for people touring your home.

5) Turn On the (Holiday) Lights

To complement the coziness of your home, you’ll also want to make it bright. Turn on all the lights in your house during open houses and home tours. It may be the darkest time of year outside but you can make sure it doesn’t feel that way inside your home.

This is also a great time to replace burnt out light bulbs and fix light switches that are not working. You may also want to consider making all your interior lighting the same color temperature, such as a soft white which brightens rooms without giving you that institutional feel. This will help with consistent lighting throughout your home, creating a balanced feel as potential buyers walk through each room.

6) Slay the Holiday Season with Professional Real Estate Photos

The absolute biggest thing you can do for your house in terms of marketing it to potential homebuyers is getting professional real estate photos taken. However, this is the one time you don’t want to have your holiday decor on display. In fact, getting your professional photos taken of your house before you decorate is a must because holiday decorations essentially create a time-stamp of your home.

If your home doesn’t sell during the holidays you don’t want your house to still be rocking holiday lights in its listing photos come February or March, or you risk turning off potential homebuyers. So plan on getting your listing photos taken as soon as you can so you can decorate for the holidays and enjoy the season.

7) Get Santa’s Perspective with Aerial Photography

It doesn’t matter if you live sunny Tampa, FL or buried in snow in Minneapolis, MN, consider aerial photography to help make your home stand out this holiday season. If your home has acreage or a view or any other amenity that cannot be fully captured unless it’s done by air, then aerial photography may be what you need.

While you may be keen to make some changes though, your budget might not be so enthusiastic! If you have more dash than cash and want to update your home on a tight budget then here are a few key hints and tips:

Personalize Where You Can

Interior-savvy homeowners often avoid buying items from popular generic home stores because they don’t want a house that looks like everyone else’s. Whilst this is a valid concern, for those on a budget, these stores really do provide some fantastic and affordable pieces. The key to incorporating these into your home with style is to get creative and commit to some crafty personalization. Buying a plain white shower curtain will cost less than $15, for example, but you can make it look considerably more expensive, and tie it into your existing bathroom décor by trimming it with a deep fabric hem in a gorgeous on-trend fabric. Similarly, you can buy scatter cushions for your bed or sofa in plain bold colored fabrics and then embellish them with sequins, lace or even add your initials in fun felt or velour to really give your accessories that personal touch. Once you start personalization the possibilities are endless: add a ribbon border along the bottom of your lampshades and add a trim and homemade tiebacks to your curtains.

Make a Change

Sometimes we become so used to the way our homes look that we don’t consider the impact a different furniture formation could have on the space. Take a step back and look objectively at all of the furniture you currently have in your home. Is it working as hard as it could be? Do you have interesting pieces in your spare room, where nobody sees them, that would be used and seen more elsewhere? Simple Ideas to Keep your House on Trend in 2014

Not everyone has the time, money or patience to do a complete overhaul on their whole house just to follow the fashions of interior design every year, but with a few straightforward additions/changes it can be simple for anyone to create a new, fresh feel to any living space.

There are a few key trends which are the focus of 2014 for interior design, and here are the main ones set to make an impact this year:

Painterly pastels

Painterly pastels are vital this year, and with the injection of soft blush pinks, hints of copper and pale petrol blues it’s easy to completely transform a space. Changing a few feature points is a great way to introduce 2014 trends. Invest in a high-quality bold-printed pastel rug to act as a focal point to begin the transformation. Warm up the colors of this trend which can sometimes appear quite cold, with natural oak and pine furniture. Incorporate soft shades in water-color art to act as a focal point, and remain minimal with accessories to create a chic, stylish environment for your living area.

Hollywood Glamour

Another big style this year to get inspiration from is Hollywood Glamour. Any form of glamour in fact this year is set to remain massive, and with such a quintessential theme this is a trend that will just last and last. Grey, mustard yellow and turquoise colors are vital when following this style. Timeless furniture is also essential for this trend, therefore it’s a great idea to concentrate on what type of sofa you need to suit this and complement your chosen color theme. It’s an idea to purchase your perfect furniture pieces first and build out from this. In order to re-work this style year after year, consider a grey, simple box sofa and add themed colors of Hollywood Glamour, to create a dateless living room space.

Ethnic Prints

Adding either authentic or mock ethnic fabrics, upholstery and prints to your living space will definitely add a fresh vibe and will complement existing furniture in classic materials and fabrics, such as quality leather. This is a great easy but effective way to completely transform an area without having to redecorate or invest in any expensive alterations. If you can get your hands on authentic then all the better as these will not only provide wonderful conversation pieces, but also little tokens of memorable times from travelling abroad. Go for quite a simple decoration that will be able to stand up to these prints, which could get lost in an overly fussy room. So even though beige colors are not as hot this season, this will act as a great base for incorporating bold prints to match this theme.

Victorian Frenzy

If vintage is your thing, Victorian style is set to be massive this year. Be that parquet-style laminate flooring, dark-stained flooring or anything else of this dramatic nature. There are far less imposing ways to still revamp a room into a Victorian dream, though. Eccentric Victorian trinkets and ornaments are a great place to start, but consider also branching out into a staple couch and armchairs. Don’t be wary of introducing Victorian imagery to really enhance the theme. Flea markets can be a source that’s great to pick up authentic pieces; watch out for globes, quirky printing blocks and old-fashioned telephones. According to Independent Mail the best time to hit flea markets is in winter and early spring. This trend really is one to have fun with and the possibilities are quite endless. Another great focus for this style is to bring through literature inspired artwork and collectible copies of classic novels.

Flower Power

An interesting new trend that has begun to take form already this year, and is set to come into its own over the summer is to merge the outdoors with the in. This is going to mean getting creative with flower displays. The flower vase on the mantel piece simple isn't going to cut it this year. It’s really worth visiting a local flower show or event to get an idea of what you think you can realistically accommodate into your living space. Conservatories are a really good place to first introduce this theme, but why not be adventurous and see where you can take it in the rest of your house, too?

The time for spring cleaning and organizing projects is just around the corner. A home improvement project can help keep your home clean and organized as your household transitions into the year’s warmer months. Consider a few of these home organizing ideas and modifications to create a less cluttered, more organized household this spring.

Kitchen islands. Imagine the possibility of twice as much cabinet storage space in your kitchen. An island can double your kitchen’s capacity by adding countertop space, cabinet storage, and optional bar seating. Moving the sink or cook station to an island can improve a kitchen’s work triangle and efficiency.

Kitchen pantry. Every kitchen needs a pantry, yet many kitchens don’t have one. Not every home has room for a walk-in pantry, but many kitchens can integrate a separate pantry into the cabinet system, which keeps perishable items together and can be more convenient than a walk-in when preparing meals.

Adding a kitchen island often frees up the wall cabinet space needed for a custom kitchen pantry. During kitchen remodeling Charlotte homeowners may combine these two projects to get more bang for their buck.

Office spaces. Offices tend to collect a lot of odds and ends and can become cluttered very quickly. An office organization system, or even a simple shelving system, can dramatically improve the functionality of an in-home workspace.

Larger vanities, wall cabinets, and custom shelving are bringing the linen closet and medicine cabinet together inside the bathroom to hold and organize all our bath and body essentials. Custom organizational units inside drawers and cabinets can further coordinate an array of small bathroom items.

Laundry and mudrooms. If you’re replacing your kitchen or bathroom cabinets during a remodel, consider refinishing the old cabinets for use in another room in the home. Removing the cabinet doors can create easily accessible shelves in a laundry or mudroom. Cabinets can also be reused “as is” in a garage or basement.

Select the right countertop material for your next kitchen makeover

Countertops must be useful and meet your needs and fit your décor. It is appropriate to mix materials – stone for an island where guests gather and laminate at the kid’s snack and homework zone. When comparing prices, consider durability and maintenance. In addition note whether each material is priced by the linear or square foot.

Bamboo – This replacement grass can be assembled using food-safe adhesives.

Butcher Block – Made from laminated wood, this is most excellent for baking areas and island tops. Seal with oil to increase moisture resistance. Allow knife marks to create a patina, or sand the surface for a smooth appearance.

Concrete – Cast in place or installed as preformed slabs, sealed concrete resists burns, stains, and scratches but is labor-intensive to install. Customize by adding in tints, texture, or inset shells, glass or other items.

Glass – Sleek and dramatic. Tempered glass comes in clear or translucent forms with a smooth or textured surface. Recycled composites glass is also an option. Glass is waterproof and heat-tolerant: use a cutting board to avoid scratches.

Granite – Today’s most popular choice offers a variety of colors and patterns. Shopping at a stone yard costs more than ordering from a sample but lets you buy the exact piece you want. You may reduce the cost by using granite tiles or remnants instead of a single slab. Granite is durable and impervious to heat but requires professional installation and periodic sealing to repel stains.

Laminate – Laminate is affordable and comes preformed as a one-piece counter and backsplash in limited color choices. Custom ordering from a home center or kitchen dealer, and you will find hundreds of colors and patterns, some that even mimic stone, metal, or wood. Shaped edges or textured finishes are available as well. This material is easy to install but it has visible seams.

Marble / Limestone – These stones are classic and luxurious, they’re softer and more porous than granite, and they are most likely to scratch or stain.

Quartz-Surfacing – Also called engineered stone. This blend of ground quartz, resins and pigments produced consistent stone like patterns. It is nonporous, heat and scratch- resistant.

Soapstone – Soft and silky, soapstone chips more easily than granite. Like other stones it resists heat. Treat with mineral oil to repel moisture.

Solid –Surfacing – Shop for panels and veneers made of plastic resins in many colors and patterns. The nonporous material resists stains and scratches can be sanded out. Solid – surfacing sinks create a seamless installation.

Stainless Steel – Sanitary and stain proof. This surface complements a stainless steel sink and perfects a pro-style kitchen. Steel is heatproof, waterproof, with a shiny finish that shows scratches and fingerprints. Ready- made sections fit standard counter sizes and custom installations fit others.

Tile – Glazed ceramic or porcelain tiles come in many shapes, sizes, colors and are water – heat resistant. If they chip they are easy to replace. Every few years you may need to re grout.

Make a List and Check it at Least Twice to Help Prepare for Holiday Houseguests

Hosting houseguests for the holidays can be hectic to say the least. Houseguests can create undue stress during the busiest time of year. But there are some things you can do in advance to help get a head start on your holiday task list so you can enjoy time with your friends and family while they’re in your home for the holidays.

If you’re preparing for overnight guests in your home. . .

You've got your work cut out for you, but you can pull it off with the help of some holiday magic. Put your little elves to work baking cookies and cleaning the house, and work on these five things in advance of your guests’ arrival.

1. Hang holiday décor. This one may require a separate checklist, depending on how far out your household goes when it comes to holiday décor. Trees, wreaths, lights, arrangements, and other decorations are best accomplished first because they add festivity to the air, plus you can enjoy them longer.

2. Make up the beds and baths. Deep clean your guest rooms and baths and put fresh linens on the beds and new bars of soap in the showers. The day before guests arrive you can do a light cleaning and add fresh towels. Voila!

3. Declutter the house. You may have to check this item off before you prepare your guest rooms, if they’re a place where you hastily store miscellaneous household items, as is common practice in many homes. Whether your clutter collects in unused rooms or simply anywhere there’s room, this is another task that’s better accomplished sooner than later to help make room for the holiday madness.

4. Create a meal plan. The most difficult part of houseguests for many holiday hosts is feeding everyone three meals a day plus snacks. You need a meal plan not only for a holiday dinner, but also for each day and each meal you’ll be serving your guests. Try to order takeout or go out to eat with your houseguests at least once while they’re in town, to give yourself a well-earned break.

5. Buy and wrap guest gifts. Perhaps you plan to do some last-minute holiday shopping with your guests while they’re in town, something nearly everyone needs to do. Make sure you buy and wrap gifts for house guests in advance, if you want to keep things a surprise.

If you’re hosting a holiday dinner. . .

Timing is everything. You’ll need help from little elves for this one as the meal comes together at the last minute. A word of advice: let your houseguests help you. It’s physically impossible to cook, heat, and serve dozens of dishes to twice as many people, so don’t even try to go it alone. As the clock ticks down, let extra hands take on odd jobs to help expedite the meal.

1. Set your holiday table now. The holiday dinner table takes time and should be prepared in advance. Prepare your centerpiece first. Polish silver and wine glasses ahead of time. Run stored china through the dishwasher and return to the china cabinet. Try integrating your place settings into your holiday table décor.

2. Plan the menu and assign dishes. Plan your menu and make a list of ingredients that you can stock up on now. If your holiday dinner is pot-luck style, have guests sign up for the dishes they want to bring so you don’t end up with three green bean casseroles. If you’re preparing the main course, order your meat in advance from your local market.

3. Create a cooking calendar. If you’re cooking a main course and several side dishes for the holiday meal, you’ll need to spread the work out over the course of one or more days. Make a list of the items you will cook in the order that you’ll cook them. Then assign each dish a day and time when you’ll prepare it. Write down a way to store and reheat the dish if you have to make it more than a few hours before the holiday meal.

4. Clean out the fridge. Dig back there and remove any wayward leftovers or items past the expiration date. You’re going to need all the room you can get. You may be able to store some items on ice inside coolers in a garage or mudroom if you run out of room in your fridge.

5. Recruit elves. If you have children in the house, put them to work before the dinner, setting the table and carrying dishes and other items from the kitchen to the table. If the kids will be eating at a separate table, have them set and decorate their own table as a pre-dinner activity by giving them arts and crafts supplies for creating holiday placeholders and centerpieces.

Trace different sizes of leaves and twigs onto the felt, cut them out, and place the pieces in a pleasing pattern onto the table runner. Adhere the twigs onto the surface first using a hot-glue gun to ensure correct placement of the leaves. Then glue down each leaf onto the top of one of the tiny twigs. The result is a festive table runner perfectly suited to fall entertaining & holiday events.

Natural Beauty
Creating a bold centerpiece can be done on a dime. In fact, you can re-create this fall seasonal - arrangement by just stepping outside. Simply comb your backyard for fallen leafy twigs and place the collection in a wide vase filled with water. Natural imperfections in the leaves, such as tiny holes or rumpled edges, add texture and create an authentic natural look.

Festive Furniture
Dress up your furniture with cozy items in seasonal colors. Here, a wicker chair is draped with a warm orange throw, and a maple leaf pillow sits comfortably on top.
