Borrowing from a design in&amp;nbsp;Alisa Golden&#39;s book,&amp;nbsp;Creating Handmade Books, the sides are constructed with multiple accordion&amp;nbsp;pleats rather than a continuous fold, so the middle pictures will sit flat across rather than at an angle.
