It's exactly what it looks like, but masterfully executed and definitely worth watching. Its themes overlap heavily with Lu Over the Wall, using water as metaphor for death and/or transformation.

In the news, another water-based anime movie Children of the Sea is also in theaters, Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It is definitely an anime, She-Ra and the Princesses of Power continues to get better and better with season four, Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts is so far delightful with some Adventure Time vibes, and the secret entrance to Anime Boston is now gone.

Tonight on GeekNights, we have our final thoughts on the full run of Adventure Time. It's a phenomenal show: there's no other way to say it. We did a mini review back in 2014. Rym didn't even start watching the show until What Was Missing premiered. From the original short in 2008 to the perfect last episode, this show is a treasure.

Tonight on GeekNights, we review the delightful Tatami Galaxy anime. Adapted from Tomihiko Morimi's novel, it's worth a watch. Especially if you liked The Night is Short, Walk On Girl or Eccentric Family. In the news, Brian K. Vaughan is writing a live action Gundam film, Galaxy Express 999 was remastered, and Funimation is releasing a Dragon Ball Z collector box if they get enough pre-orders.

In the news, Bee and Puppycat has some new biz, Sony is pulling Funimation shows off of Crunchyroll et al., (continuing a trend of increasing the pressure to pirate) there some new Undertale biz, TwitchCon was amateur hour, and you can listen to the first published episodes of GeekNights if you truly want some terror in your life!

We're back from the Harlem Valley Rail Ride, the Eisner Awards had a good year, NYCC and Anime Expo are teaming up for something we're definitely avoiding, and Worldcon's treatment of its guests has been a garbage fire.
