While many people will tell you that after Botox you can go about your daily routine like normal, that’s not exactly true.

After receiving Botox, you should wait at least four hours before lying down to avoid the risk of pressure on the treated areas and to avoid the risk of having the area rubbed accidentally.

Lying down can also cause your Botox to migrate.

2. Don’t Do Rigorous Activities or Exercises

Looking your best and feeling your best go hand in hand–so it’s obvious that most people want to get right back in the groove of exercising.

But, after receiving your Botox treatment, you should not engage in activities where your head is below your heart–for example at a yoga class–stretching class or simply bending over.

Any type of aerobic exercises may exacerbate headaches and should be avoided for at least 24 hours after Botox treatment.

3. Don’t Massage Injection Sites

While moving your muscles and making natural expressions is okay, another prohibited action after receiving Botox is rubbing the areas of injection.

Doing so can potentially cause the Botox to spread to other areas of the face.

It is important not to press on the injection areas for at least several hours while the Botox diffuses throughout the muscle that it was injected in.

I believe summer should be about bright colors. In the makeup world less is more in the summer however you can have way less with bold lashes. Right in these pictures I have no shadows at all only highlighter, bb creams, pink lashes and pink lipstick. I also must have a light contour. I look glammed up thanks to these beautiful lashes. I can not wait to try other colors.
