This is, quite simply, a Ghost Story. Now, it isn't a ghost-in-love thing; I personally think those are creepy. It's also not a traditional love story, though there is a love interest in the form of a very real woman, Angel Rose Summerlin. It's truly a story about a ghost, with Richie as the main corporeal character.

For a while now, I have hosted a series of what I call 'Quick Pic Fics' on my blog.

If you're new to writing fan fiction, this is a great way to get your feet wet. You just have to find a picture that speaks to you, and write a few paragraphs. You don't have to worry about character development or any of that. It's just a snapshot in time; each one is a small story or blurb based around a picture of one or more of the guys.

It's been a while since new ones have been posted, but there are some real gems out there to read.
