22th University Entry Scheme (22 UES) for Permanent Commission in the Army /  115th TGC/ 39th SSC (Technical) Men/ 10th SSC (Technical) Women

Applications are invited from unmarried male Engineering Degree students  studying in Final Year or Pre-final year during academic session  2011-12 for Grant of Permanent Commission in the Army in all  Arms/Service in 22nd UES and Men and Women candidates are invited for  the SSC (Technical) for Men and Women respectively.

Vacancies : 60 posts  (for UES) (Civil-11, Electrical-8, Mechanical-8, Production -3,  Electronics - 7, Communication/ Telecommunication -11, Architecture - 1,  Food Tech./ Bio Tech -1, Computer Science and Engineering/ Computer  Technology/ Computer Science - 5, Information Technology -4, Chemical  Engg. - 1) 

Age : UES - Final Year Degree candidate - Not below 19 years and not over 25 years and for Pre-Final Year Degree Candidates - Not below 18 years and not over 24 years., 115th TGC - 20-27 years, SSC (T) for Men and Women - 20-27 years
Physical Standard: As applicable to the regular army [Height-157.5 cm, For Gorkhas and individuals belongings to hills of North Easter region of India, Garhwal and Kumaon, the minimum height will be 5 cm less. For candidates from Lakshadweep the height will be reduced by 2 cms.
Pay Scale : The Indian Army offers pay scale PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400/- plus MSP Rs.6000/- plus allowances
