Este característico olor se debe al sulforafano, uno de los componentes de la coliflor que, al entrar en contacto con el agua caliente, libera sulfuros y produce el hedor.&lt;br /&gt;

Si quieres seguir disfrutando de este alimento pero sin mal olor, solo tienes que añadir una pizca de azúcar y un chorro de vinagre de vino a la cacerola con agua donde vas a hervir la coliflor.&lt;br /&gt;

En el vaso de la batidora echamos el huevo, la ½ cebolla picada y las 3 cucharadas de zumo de limón, comienza a batir hasta que la cebolla quede completamente triturada. Conseguido esto, vamos añadiendo el aceite, poco a poco y sin dejar de batir. Cuando tengas la mayonesa, añade la cucharada de leche y sal al gusto, deja de batir y reserva.&lt;/div&gt;

Para completar la salsa, pela y quita las semillas a los 6 tomates, tritúralos y añádelos a la mayonesa, mezcla bien. Reserva y refrigera.&lt;/div&gt;

Lava, pela y corta las patatas y en una sartén, fríe a fuego medio, en aceite de oliva hasta que estén doradas. Una vez listas retíralas a un plato con papel absorbente para quitar el exceso de aceite.&lt;/div&gt;

Ahora es el turno de las salchichas. Cortarlas en trozos de aproximadamente 2 cm. de largo. Echa las salchichas en el mismo aceite que utilizamos ante para las patatas. Una vez listas, retíralas a un plato con papel &amp;nbsp;absorbente para quitar el exceso de aceite.&lt;/div&gt;

En una sartén, con la medida de 3 cáscaras de huevo, con aceite de oliva ( para la medida del aceite debes dejar un cascaron de huevo entero. Hazle un agujero en el extremo y vaciarlo con cuidado ), se fríen las cortezas de 1 limón.&lt;/div&gt;

Se aparta del fuego y se le añade 25 gr de matalahúga y 25 gr de ajonjolí.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Se deja enfriar y se cuela.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

En otra sartén se tuesta el resto de matalahúga, el ajonjolí y la canela troceada. Una vez tostado se machaca en el mortero.&lt;/div&gt;

En un bol se ponen los huevos, raspadura de 5 limones, el azúcar, el aceite frito y el tostado de las especias. Poco a poco se añade la harina y se amasa todo bien hasta que quede una textura dura que se pueda manejar. ( Dependiendo del tamaño de los huevos admitirá más o menos harina. )&lt;/div&gt;

Deja la masa en reposo mínimo 1 hora.&lt;/div&gt;

Una vez elaborada, se le va dando forma fina, alargada y redondeada. Se lían en los moldes de canutillo de unos 14 cm y 2 cm de diámetro y se fríen en abundante aceite de girasol, cuando estén dorados, se sacan del molde y se terminan de freír.&lt;/div&gt;
