What are consumers really looking for when it comes to aesthetic treatments? A new report from Allergan Aesthetics points to a shift toward natural-looking results, personalized experiences and greater trust between patients and providers. The latest installment of The Aesthetics Evolution, titled What Consumers Really Want , examines the motivations, behaviors and expectations shaping today's aesthetics market. The ongoing report series draws on Allergan Aesthetics data and insights from health care professionals to track emerging trends and provide a closer look at how consumer attitudes toward aesthetics are changing. One of the latest report's key findings is a more positive and proactive approach to aging. For many younger adult consumers, satisfaction with their appearance is connected to their overall sense of well-being, with aesthetic treatments increasingly viewed as one part of a broader self-care journey. At the same time, consumers appear to be placing greater emphasis on results that still look like themselves. According to the report, 75% of health care providers say their patients want natural-looking results, reflecting growing interest in individualized treatment approaches rather than dramatic transformation. Personalization is another major theme. Consumers are increasingly looking for aesthetic experiences tailored to their individual goals, with consultations playing an important role in developing those treatment plans. The report also highlights the importance of trust in the patient-provider relationship. According to the findings, the number one reason patients return to a previous cosmetic injector is trust in the practitioner's actions and abilities, ranking ahead of both cost and convenience. Together, the findings suggest that the evolving aesthetics consumer is looking beyond an individual procedure. Natural-looking outcomes, thoughtful consultations, personalized treatment plans and long-term relationships with trusted providers are becoming increasingly important parts of the overall experience. The What Consumers Really Want report is the latest in Allergan's, The Aesthetics Evolution series, which examines the trends and expectations shaping the future of the aesthetics industry. The collection introduced a new era for the iconic Dennis Basso woman, pairing the glamour and heritage of the fashion house with a modern downtown edge. Designed for a woman who is adventurous, confident and always chic, the looks moved effortlessly between polished occasion dressing and relaxed luxury. Flowing silk chiffon, silk charmeuse, featherweight tweed, rich brocades and hand-embroidered silk organza brought lightness and texture to the runway. Cocktail dresses and polished tweed daywear appeared alongside dramatic evening gowns embellished with pearls, paillettes, bugle beads and hand-cut crystals. Faux-fur boleros also reimagined Basso's signature fur aesthetic for summer. Christie Brinkley closed the show in a custom creation, bringing the 'Uptown Girl' inspiration full circle.
Pamella Roland brought the beauty of Norway to New York Fashion Week with her Spring/Summer 2027 runway show at Metropolitan Pavilion on September 11. Patricia Clarkson, Kristin Chenoweth, Kelly Rutherford, Jaimie Alexander and Krys Marshall were among the stars in attendance. Inspired by Roland's recent family trip to Norway, the collection captured the contrast between dramatic fjords, brightly painted villages and refined Scandinavian elegance. Butter yellow, meadow green, vibrant fjord blue and rich jewel tones appeared alongside airy pastels, intricate embroidery and luxurious metallic textures. Chenoweth praised Roland's ability to create glamorous fashion for women across generations, while Rutherford highlighted the beauty and wearability of her designs. Clarkson, who has worn Roland for years, arrived in a custom dress created by the designer. Nigel Barker also reflected on the brand's growth from a relatively unknown label to a red-carpet favorite seen at the Emmys, Oscars and Golden Globes. The runway featured sculptural necklines, bubble hems, pleated ruffles and architectural bustiers. Standout looks included a caped column gown hand-embroidered with cascading blue and yellow ombré feathers and a strapless tulle wedding gown adorned with asymmetric draping and blooming three-dimensional organza flowers. As Chenoweth put it, Roland does 'glitz and glamour like nobody else.'

Christian Siriano transported New York Fashion Week into an enchanted world of romance, fantasy and flowery beauty with his Spring/Summer 2027 runway show at Cipriani Broadway on Thursday evening. Evan Rachel Wood, Billy Porter, Whoopi Goldberg, Debra Messing, Mena Suvari, JoJo, Tiffany Haddish, Brandy, Supriya Ganesh, Bronwyn Newport and Kristy Scott were among the stars who came out to support the designer. Inspired by 18th-century France and the forgotten French fairytale 'The Queen of the Flowery Isles,' the collection imagined a mysterious queen surrounded by flowers, beauty, decadence and escape. Corsetry, dramatic volume, delicate lace, ornate embroidery and lavish textiles were reimagined through sculptural flowers, cascading ruffles and soft layers of chiffon and tulle. 'Anywhere Christian is, I will follow,' said Debra Messing, who has worn Siriano's designs for two decades. 'I think I was the very first person to ask him to make something for me right after he won 'Project Runway.'' Evan Rachel Wood, attending her first fashion show, praised Siriano's creativity and commitment to diversity. 'I love everything he stands for. I love his diversity. I love his designs, and he's a wonderful person to be around.' Brandy celebrated her return to Fashion Week for the first time since her 20s, sharing, 'I love Christian Siriano. He has done so many great things with me, and I'm just so happy to be invited.' On the runway, longtime Siriano model Coco Rocha brought the drama the designer's shows are known for. 'There's a certain expectation when you're coming to watch a Christian Siriano show that the models are in it to win it,' she said. Rocha also joked about his direction during rehearsals: 'He's like, 'Coco, not too much.' Then he's like, 'Coco, more. Coco, give.'' Together, the fashion, front row and theatrical runway energy brought Siriano's modern fairytale vividly to life.

Ian Gillan is still very much in the moment. In a new interview on Joann Butler in Studio With... , the Deep Purple frontman says the band's current tour is 'probably the best we've ever done,' calling the schedule intense, even 'insane,' but still exciting after all these years. One of the biggest moments came when Ritchie Blackmore joined Deep Purple onstage in New York. Gillan says Blackmore reached out beforehand asking if he could 'step up in 'Smoke,'' a request that instantly made him smile. He describes the reunion as warm and magical, adding that whatever problems existed between them had been put behind them years ago. Gillan also gets into Deep Purple's new album, Splat! , and why the current lineup feels so connected to the band's classic sound. He says guitarist Simon McBride has brought a more grounded approach and that the new songs fit seamlessly alongside the older material live. The band's creative process remains refreshingly old-school too: they jam together, shape the songs as a group and record much of the album live in the studio. Of course, Joann also takes Gillan back into Deep Purple history. He recalls 'Highway Star' coming together on a bus ride to Brighton after a journalist asked how the band wrote songs -- and says they played it that same night. 'Smoke on the Water,' meanwhile, grew out of the real-life Montreux fire and eventually became one of the most played rock songs on radio. He also looks back on the early days of Deep Purple coming together, the instant chemistry he felt with Roger Glover, the story behind Child in Time , how the band reunited over curry and a phone call to Jon Lord, and the camaraderie that once connected Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. This is a LifeMinute with Ian Gillan.

Roger Daltrey has spent more than six decades as one of rock's most unmistakable voices, but these days he's thinking about what comes next. In a new conversation on Joann Butler in Studio With... , while on his current tour, A Great Night Out! , the 82-year-old frontman says this solo run could possibly be his last, as he looks forward to a more ordinary life and continued charity work. That doesn't necessarily mean The Who are done. Daltrey reveals that he and Pete Townshend recently rehearsed with longtime drummer Zak Starkey to see whether the band could possibly play shows next year. He also recounts the early days of how the band came together and the moment Keith Moon joined the group and instantly changed everything. Daltrey also revisits the famous stutter in 'My Generation,' explaining how an accidental vocal moment became part of one of The Who's most iconic songs. He gets candid about AI too, particularly the unsettling reality that technology can now replicate his voice. The conversation isn't all rock history. Daltrey also confirms the wild story connecting Jimi Hendrix to his wife Heather, reflects on their 55-year relationship, and shares the simple philosophy that still drives him: music should move people.
Twenty-five years after Drops of Jupiter became one of Train's defining albums, Pat Monahan is celebrating the past while keeping his eyes firmly on what's next. The multi-GRAMMY Award-winning band is currently on its Drops of Jupiter: 25 Years in the Atmosphere Tour with Barenaked Ladies and Matt Nathanson, ahead of the August 28 release of Train's 12th studio album, Mad Dog in the Fog . And this time, Monahan has a special tourmate. 'My 14-year-old son is with me, so he's performing every night and going viral on the internet,' Monahan told LifeMinute's editor-in-chief Joann Butler during the Joann Butler in Studio With... interview. Of all the songs he has written, Monahan still considers 'Drops of Jupiter' the most significant. 'Writing that about my mom... for it to connect with people like it has over the years, pretty cool,' he said. The 2001 hit has since earned RIAA Diamond status and surpassed two billion Spotify streams. Train's new album, Mad Dog in the Fog , brings Monahan back to the band's beginnings. Named after a San Francisco bar where Train played for free in its early days, the record traces what he describes as his journey 'from Pennsylvania to San Francisco.' His road to Train almost sounds like a movie itself. While Monahan was playing in a cover band in Erie, Pennsylvania, members of Cher's touring band happened to catch his set. Cher guitarist David Shelley pulled him aside afterward and told him, 'You need to move to LA because you've got the thing.' It was the push Monahan needed to take a chance on music -- a decision that would ultimately lead him to Train. Monahan also opens up about the deeply personal story behind new song 'Pennsylvania Turnpike,' finding his own voice as a songwriter, his upcoming musical Begin Again , and why he believes music can heal, guide and bring people back.

If you feel like a broken record reminding your kids to brush their teeth, wash up or deal with that hair, you're definitely not alone. Parents say kids need to be reminded an average of 3.5 times a day to complete just one personal care task, while 60% say hygiene is one of their biggest daily parenting challenges. Enter Frida Kids, a new personal care collection created specifically for kids ages 6 to 11 -- that in-between stage when they're ready for more independence but have outgrown baby products and aren't quite ready for products made for teens and adults. Frida, which started with its baby care line, has since expanded into maternal care and fertility. Now they've created a 32-product kids' line spanning body care, hair care, oral care and grooming. Frida CEO Chelsea Hirschhorn, was inspired to develop the collection after her oldest son, Hunter, reached this stage and she noticed a gap in products designed specifically for his age group. Among the standouts is the 3-in-1 Everywhere Wash for hair, face and body, complete with a refillable Travel Buddy for on-the-go use. There's also an electric toothbrush featuring Frida's Prove-It Light, designed to help parents know whether kids brushed properly, plus an electric flosser, detangling brushes for different hair types and the cheekily named No B.O. Deodorant, available in Coconut + Bergamot and Sweet Berry + Freesia scents. The colorful packaging and kid-friendly designs are intentional: the easier -- and more appealing -- the products are to use, the more likely kids may be to take ownership of their routines. Parents can help that independence along by letting kids choose products themselves and connecting hygiene tasks to things they already do every day, like brushing their teeth after breakfast and again before bed. And perhaps most importantly, give them some grace while they figure it out. The goal isn't perfect grooming overnight. It's helping kids build habits, confidence and independence -- preferably with fewer reminders from Mom and Dad. Frida Kids products range from $6.99 to $19.99 and are available at Walmart stores nationwide, Walmart.com and Amazon .

Legendary band Fishbone is still RED HOT. Decades into a career built on fearless genre-blending and high-energy performances, Angelo Moore and Christopher Dowd are still making music together and finding new ways to move Fishbone forward. The two musicians first met when they were just 12 years old in band class, beginning a friendship and creative partnership that would eventually become part of the foundation of Fishbone. Now, the band is celebrating the 40th anniversary of its 1986 debut full-length album, In Your Face , with the limited-edition double LP In Your Face / Cover Your Face . The release pairs a newly remastered edition of the original album with Cover Your Face , a tribute collection of artists reinterpreting Fishbone's songs. Silversun Pickups took on 'In the Air,' while Doom Regulator--featuring Tim Armstrong, Jesse Michaels, Joey Castillo and Spencer Pollard--reimagined 'Simon Says 'The Kingpin.'' The milestone isn't only about looking back. Fishbone is also working on new music, with Dowd telling LifeMinute Editor-in-Chief Joann Butler that a new record is expected before the end of the year. She hopped aboard Fishbone's tour bus during a spring New Jersey stop on the In Your Face 40th Anniversary Tour for a stripped-down conversation with the band. Watch Moore and Dowd look back on In Your Face 40 years later and talk about the music--and momentum--still ahead for Fishbone. This is a LifeMinute with Fishbone.

Back-to-school season is here, and this year's biggest fashion trends are all about looking cool while staying comfortable. At Old Navy, denim is taking center stage as an easy way to transition from summer into fall. Low-rise, flare, baggy and cargo-inspired jeans are among the standout styles, giving kids plenty of options for that first-day-of-school look. The '90s influence is also going strong with fleece and relaxed silhouettes. Baggy pants paired with tanks, graphic tees and hoodies. Also, the pajama-inspired trend is alive, bringing comfort into the classroom without sacrificing style. Activewear is another big back-to-school category, with performance-ready pieces from Old Navy's Bounce, StudioSmooth, PowerSoft and Dynamic Fleece collections. For cooler fall days, sweaters and knits add an easy extra layer, while the return of the skort keep things fun. Plus parents may like the prices just as much as kids like the clothes. Most styles start at $9.99, and Old Navy offers an Oops-Proof one-year guarantee on back-to-school kids' clothing. Shop the latest fashion in stores or online at OldNavy.com .

As part of its celebration of America's 250th anniversary, Country Living partnered with Hershey's for S'mores Across America , creating 50 s'mores recipes inspired by the unique flavors, ingredients and traditions of all 50 states. The concept was simple: take the classic s'more--Hershey's chocolate, a toasted marshmallow and a sturdy base--and give it a local twist. Some favorites include Colorado's Trailblazer, which takes cues from classic trail mix; Alaska's Aurora S'morealis, featuring a coating of galactic/glittery sugar; and Georgia's Just Peachy, topped with brûléed peaches. The 50 recipes showcase just how many ways the classic s'more can be reimagined. But the project didn't stop in the kitchen. S'mores Across America hit the road, traveling from CMA Fest in Nashville to the National Cherry Festival in Traverse City, Michigan, and the Oyster Fair in Connecticut. Along the way, people shared their s'mores traditions and talked about the memories a classic s'more can evoke. Whether at the beach, the lake or in their own backyard, many described those shared moments around a campfire as their 'happy place.' Those conversations also helped settle one of the biggest s'mores debates of all: Camp Toasty vs. Camp Gooey. Camp Toasty fans prefer a deeply toasted marshmallow with a little structure and a hint of smoky flavor. Camp Gooey fans believe the messier, the better--with a lightly toasted marshmallow that's soft, warm and oozing out the sides. Thousands of people cast their votes during the S'mores Across America tour and through nationwide polling. Country Living , along with its sister brands Delish and Good Housekeeping , also asked their social communities to weigh in. The verdict? Camp Toasty edged out Camp Gooey. Of course, when it comes to s'mores, everyone's a winner. Whether you prefer your marshmallow deeply toasted or deliciously gooey, the real fun is making--and eating--the perfect s'more.
Menopause is a significant transition for the nearly 1.3 million women who enter it every year in the U.S. While hot flashes are among the most recognized symptoms, menopause can affect nearly every aspect of life. In fact, nearly 80% of women experience symptoms such as hot flashes, brain fog, night sweats and fatigue, yet many may feel overwhelmed by the changes or not even realize these are part of menopause. A comprehensive approach is key. That includes optimizing lifestyle habits like making intentional dietary changes, staying active, prioritizing sleep, and incorporating trusted supplements. Qunol Menopause Relief is a hormone-free, estrogen-free supplement designed to support women during menopause. To support women during all stages of menopause, it's formulated to address 12 common physical and mental symptoms, including brain fog, focus and attention, dizziness, mood swings, skin discomfort and vaginal dryness. The formula combines two clinically tested ingredients: Cognizin(R) Citicoline, a highly absorbable nutrient that has been studied for mood, focus and attention, and Estrog-100(R), which is designed to support physical symptoms including joint discomfort, fatigue, night sweats and vaginal dryness. According to clinical study information provided by Qunol, 75% of women reported high satisfaction with improvement in overall symptoms, while nearly 97% reported improvements in hot flashes. The brand says the supplement can begin working in as little as four weeks. Find it at CVS and Amazon for $24.99.

Forty-five years after forming Mötley Crüe, Nikki Sixx says the band's longevity still amazes him. '30 years, 40, and now 45. I don't know, man. It's crazy. I never saw this coming,' Sixx told us on the most recent episode of Joann Butler In Studio With... The band is celebrating the milestone with The Return of the Carnival of Sins Tour , marking the 20th anniversary of Carnival of Sins with a 33-date North American summer tour. The shows feature a refreshed setlist, including songs the band hasn't performed live in decades, while continuing to deliver the hits that made Mötley Crüe a rock powerhouse. Sixx says some of those songs have taken on a meaning beyond what he originally wrote. Discussing 'Kickstart My Heart,' which was inspired by his heroin overdose and recovery, Sixx explains that the song's impact has grown beyond its original story. 'The songs have outgrown the lyrics,' he says, noting that fans often experience the song through its energy and emotion rather than just its lyrical meaning. That connection with fans remains at the center of Mötley Crüe's journey, whether through live performances or special releases like Crücial Crüe: The Studio Albums 1981-1989 , a box set celebrating the band's early catalog. After more than four decades in music, Sixx says creativity continues to drive him. For Mötley Crüe, the ability to evolve while staying connected to generations of fans is what keeps the music alive. 'To be creative and stay creative--not just in music but in other things that I do--is very exciting,' he says. 'That's why I'm on this planet.' For Sixx, the journey continues to be about staying open to new ideas and finding new ways to create.

London-based mantra artist, Bhakti yoga teacher, and author Rādhikā Dās is bringing ancient spiritual practices to modern audiences with the release of his new live album, The Heart Album , out now. The collection features 17 live performances recorded around the world, including London, Mumbai, New York and more, capturing the energy and connection of his global kirtan performances. We recently sat down with him to talk about his music, mindfulness, and the power of mantra. In our conversation, he shares how his Lightfall EP, released earlier this year, was created to make traditional mantra more accessible to new listeners, transforming longer devotional pieces into modern song arrangements, with the help of Grammy-nominated engineer and mixer Ryan Hadlock and composer and Bhakti educator Keli Woods. With more than 16 years devoted to mantra, Bhakti yoga and meditation, Rādhikā has built a global following by creating immersive experiences that combine live music, chanting, meditation and storytelling. He explains why he believes mantra can help people find connection in today's world of constant distraction -- and why he calls it 'the playlist for the soul.' Rādhikā also opens up about the personal experience that led him deeper into spirituality and how that journey shaped his mission to help others discover mindfulness, joy, and a deeper sense of purpose. Another program helping families prepare for the new school year is Planet Fitness' High School Summer Pass. Through August 31, teens ages 14 to 19 can work out for free at more than 2,900 Planet Fitness locations across the U.S. and Canada, giving them an opportunity to build healthy habits, prioritize their well-being and establish a consistent workout routine before school begins. According to Planet Fitness, nearly 90% of teens say working out has helped them spend less time on their phones this summer. That break from screen time is also helping teens feel better overall, both physically and mentally. It's not too late to sign up--teens can visit their local Planet Fitness club or register online at PlanetFitness.com/SummerPass . As the countdown to the first day of school begins, a little preparation can go a long way.

When you ask Stewart Copeland about his drumming, he says he likes to 'bang stuff.' Well his art of 'banging stuff' has made him one of the most important and influential drummers and artists of all time. He's a composer, an innovator, and a musical force who helped redefine what a rock drummer could do -- and on this episode of Joann Butler In Studio With... , we sat down with the seven-time Grammy winner to talk about all of it. Copeland walks us through how The Police came together, what first drew him to Sting, why he was convinced the band had to stay a three-piece, and how those early instincts shaped one of rock's most iconic groups. He also gets candid about where he is now, telling us he considers himself 'kind of retired from show business' -- still making music, still performing, but only for the projects that genuinely excite him. Life beyond The Police: The 'Have I Said Too Much' tour: Stepping back from the traditional grind of the industry hasn't stopped Copeland from connecting with audiences -- it's just changed the format. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee is bringing his first North American spoken-word tour, 'Have I Said Too Much - The Police, Hollywood, and Other Adventures,' to cities across the country. Expect personal stories, photos, video, and live audience Q&A -- a genuine behind-the-scenes look at a career that spans from the formation of The Police to his adventures well beyond music. How Stewart Copeland formed The Police: One of our favorite moments in the conversation is Copeland's own account of how The Police came to be. We asked him what caught his attention about Sting, why he pushed for a three-piece lineup, and how guitarist Andy Summers completed the chemistry that defined the band's sound. His answer is part strategy, part instinct -- a mix of practical thinking and the musical influences that shaped one of rock's greatest bands. The Police album that means the most to him: When we asked Copeland which Police record means the most to him, he didn't hesitate: Reggatta de Blanc . He tells us why that era marked a creative high point for the band, and why the album still holds a special place for him decades later. A childhood in the Middle East that shaped his music: Copeland's path into music started early -- and unusually. Raised in the Middle East by a father who worked for the CIA and moonlighted as a musician, he tells us music was simply part of the air he breathed growing up. He remembers just wanting to 'bang stuff' as a kid, and shares the surprising story of his first drum teacher -- an experience that left a permanent mark on his playing. From Neil Peart and Taylor Hawkins to Buddy Rich: Stories from a legendary career: We couldn't resist asking about the drummers who shaped him and the ones he's shaped in turn. Copeland shares memories of jamming with Neil Peart and Taylor Hawkins, and tells us one of his proudest career stories: the time jazz legend Buddy Rich asked him for an autograph. He also reveals the origin of his signature technique -- the 'orthodox grip' he still uses today, taught to him by his first drum teacher, a drummer from an Armenian strip club in Beirut. The legacy of one of rock's most innovative drummers: Across the whole conversation, Copeland brings the humor, honesty, and hard-won wisdom of a decades-long career -- giving us an inside look at the music, friendships, and choices that built his legacy.

Back-to-school season can feel like a daily juggling act for parents. From early mornings to packed afternoons, there's always something to prep, pack, or clean up. The good news? A few simple, real-life hacks can make a big difference. When you build a routine that works, you save time, simplify the day, and create a little more peace of mind for the whole family. That's where Hefty(R) Press to Close Bags come in. They come in a variety of sizes to help tackle just about every part of your family's routine. I'm especially loving the new Hefty(R) Zoo Pals™ Sandwich and Snack Bags! They put a fun twist on everyday lunches for kids while bringing a little nostalgia for parents with classic characters we know and love--like Curly the Pig and Fritz the Frog. Talk about a fun blast from the past! And while Zoo Pals™ make lunchtime more fun, Hefty(R) has a full lineup of Press to Close Bags that can help keep families organized all school year long. Here are a few of my family's favorites--and some simple ways I use them to stay ahead during the week. I use the storage gallon bags to portion leftovers, prep snacks, and keep food fresh and ready to grab for lunches, after-school snacks, or busy afternoons on the go. They're also great for organizing bigger items around the house like art supplies, activity kits, or an extra change of clothes. Meanwhile, storage quart bags are perfect for keeping smaller essentials organized, like markers, pens, headphones, charging cables, or other school supplies. And speaking of staying ahead, the Hefty(R) XL Sandwich Bags are perfect for busy families with after-school activities. They're great for packing larger snack mixes to help keep kids fueled up before soccer practice, dance class, or wherever the evening takes you. And don't forget about the Hefty(R) Press to Close Freezer line! The freezer gallon bags are the perfect size for meal prep, storing larger portions, organizing ingredients, and keeping leftovers fresh throughout the week. They make it easy to keep everything organized and ready to grab without needing multiple containers. I also love using the Press to Close Freezer Quart Bags for one of my favorite lunch hacks. Simply soak a sponge or damp paper towel, seal it inside the bag, and freeze it overnight. It works as an ice pack to help keep lunches cool, and once it melts, it doubles as a handy cleanup wipe. Plus, the Press to Close seal helps keep everything secure, giving me one less thing to worry about during busy mornings. Another one of my favorite ways to stay ahead during the week is freezer meal prep. Use Hefty(R) Press to Close Freezer Gallon Bags to make "dump meals" by adding all your slow cooker ingredients into one bag, sealing it, and freezing it ahead of time. Then, just move the meal from the freezer to the refrigerator the night before so it can thaw safely. When dinner time rolls around, simply pour everything into the slow cooker and you're done--no extra prep and very little cleanup. The expandable Stand & Fill Bottom makes it easy to load ingredients while keeping the bag upright during prep. It also helps the bags stand neatly in the refrigerator or freezer, making meal organization even easier. Back-to-school routines come with a lot of moving parts--from meals and school supplies to everyday cleanup. But a little planning, a few smart shortcuts, and the right products can help everything run more smoothly. You can find Hefty(R) Press to Close Storage Bags--including the new Zoo Pals™ line--at Walmart, Amazon, and Target. Here's to a school year that's a little more organized, a little less stressful, and a whole lot more fun.

More than 35 million Americans experience dry eye disease every year. July is Dry Eye Awareness Month and the perfect time to highlight the causes, symptoms, and treatment options. Dr. Ashley Brissette, a board-certified ophthalmologist in New York City, says dry eye disease can cause symptoms including irritated eyes and sometimes blurry vision. Factors like the environment, temperature, humidity, screen time, aging changes, and hormonal changes can all contribute to dry eyes, and it's especially common in women over the age of 50. When it comes to treatment, Dr. Brissette suggests starting with artificial tears to help temporarily lubricate the surface of the eye. One option she recommends for her patients is the REFRESH OPTIVE MEGA-3 preservative-free multi-dose, which is gentle on the eye surface and can help treat dry eye symptoms. Some patients can even experience more than 10 hours of relief from using the drops. Some other simple ways to support eye health include wearing sunglasses with 100% UV protection when outdoors, maintaining a healthy diet with omega-3s, staying hydrated, and taking regular screen breaks. Also try the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds to give your eyes a break from screens.
Wedding season is all about making the celebration feel personal, and in 2026, couples are embracing unique twists on tradition with meaningful, authentic details. From curated menus that tell their love story to custom décor, fashion, and favors that reflect who the couple is, or even how they met - personalization is at the heart of today's weddings. Also, custom everything; custom linens, fashion, and favors. One of my favorite wine brands, Josh Cellars, which I always have on hand for all my parties, has a custom label program where you can personalize a signature bottle. Go online joshcellars.com/custom-labels to upload any photo you want, add a personalized message, and then stick the custom label on the bottle. It's super simple and a thoughtful idea to use as party favors for weddings, showers, and bach parties or even asking someone to be part of the wedding party. Beyond personalization, couples are also transforming receptions into interactive experiences that keep guests engaged throughout the celebration. Popular ideas include build-your-own bouquet bars, live painters capturing the festivities in real time, espresso martini stations, and chef-led food experiences such as made-to-order pasta or sushi rolling stations. Rather than traditional sit-down dinners, today's weddings are focused on creating memorable moments guests can actively participate in. No matter how you celebrate, the biggest trend of 2026 is making your wedding feel uniquely yours while creating unforgettable memories for everyone who shares in the day.

In a wide-ranging conversation on Joann Butler In Studio With... , Gowan reflects on the band's 54-year journey, their creative process, and what keeps their music alive for generations of fans. Gearing up to tour with Chicago on a major summer run, Styx continues to bring its signature blend of progressive rock, powerhouse vocals, and theatrical live energy to arenas across the country. For Gowan, the experience is less about nostalgia and more about continuity. 'We continue to try to exceed whatever we did last year, last week, last night,' he says. 'There seems to be an insatiable demand to see Styx and embrace classic rock. I don't think it's ever been stronger.' A highlight of every show remains 'Renegade,' a song Gowan doesn't sing, but closely watches from the stage. He describes how the performance evolves each night, shaped by both the band and the audience. 'It's a different song every day,' he says, likening it to a familiar work of art revealing new meaning over time.

Summer entertaining season is officially here, and whether you're planning a backyard BBQ, hosting a game-day watch party, or gathering friends for a casual get-together, a few smart essentials can make all the difference. LifeMinute's Editor-in-Chief Joann Butler shares four of her favorite summer hosting hacks to help make entertaining easier, more enjoyable, and stress-free. Simplify party planning: When it comes to entertaining, Butler says she can't imagine hosting without Shipt. "They're my one-stop shop for everything I need with same-day delivery," she says. This summer, Shipt is making party prep even easier with its new Shipt Kits--curated themed bundles packed with entertaining essentials. Whether you're gearing up for a soccer watch party, firing up the grill with a BBQ Kit, or setting up a crowd-pleasing Sandwich Station complete with toppings and fixings, the kits take the guesswork out of planning. Simply add a kit to your cart and have everything delivered the same day. Even better, through July 5, shoppers can get 50% off a Shipt annual membership ($49, regularly $99), along with seasonal savings including buy one, get one 35% off ice cream, 10% off summer travel essentials, and a special Spend $45, Save $15 offer. Visit Shipt.com or the Shipt app for details. Stay energized: Summer schedules can be nonstop, which is why Butler keeps V8 Energy Zero Sugar on hand. The new line from the iconic V8 brand delivers a boost with 80 milligrams of caffeine sourced from black and green tea, while containing zero sugar and only five calories per can. Available flavors include Cherry Lime, Strawberry Lemonade, Blueberry Raspberry, and a limited-edition Yuzu Lemon flavor for summer. Select varieties also contain potassium and magnesium electrolytes, making them a refreshing option for busy days, road trips, and summer activities. Look for V8 Energy Zero Sugar at retailers nationwide and follow @V8Energy on Instagram and TikTok for updates. Freshen up your watch party space: Every soccer fan has their World Cup ritual, but while lucky jerseys may stay unwashed until the tournament ends, your home doesn't have to. Think about all the fabrics guests interact with during a watch party--from throw blankets and decorative pillows to couch cushions and linens. That's where Downy Intense Pureza comes in. This bold, fruity fabric softener scent is designed to leave fabrics smelling fresh and feeling soft, helping create a more inviting atmosphere for guests. Whether the game is calm or comes down to the final seconds, your space will stay fresh throughout the action. Priced at $3.97 and up, available at retailers nationwide. Keep bugs away: Nothing can derail a summer gathering faster than unwanted insects. To help keep flying pests under control, Butler recommends Zevo Flying Insect Traps. Ideal for kitchens, pantries, garages, and other high-traffic areas, the plug-in traps use blue and UV light technology to attract and trap common flying insects, including house flies, fruit flies, and gnats. The traps provide continuous 24/7 protection and work discreetly in the background, allowing hosts to focus on their guests instead of chasing bugs around the house. Zevo Flying Insect Traps are available at Amazon , Target, Lowe's, Walmart, Home Depot, and other major retailers. Starter kits begin at $19.99. With these simple hosting essentials, you'll spend less time stressing over the details and more time enjoying everything summer entertaining has to offer.

For millions of Americans every day is a balancing act, managing careers raising kids and caring for aging parents simultaneously. This month, one company wants to celebrate the joy that can be found in that journey. Comfort Keepers , a leading provider of in-home care for seniors and adults in need of assistance, is celebrating their eighth annual 'National Day of Joy' June 24. It takes place each year on the last Wednesday of June and was established to encourage and inspire individuals to find joy in the everyday moments. This year's National Day of Joy comes with new research, a survey of 2000 Americans in what's known as the 'sandwich generation' adults who are simultaneously raising children and caring for aging parents with 96% saying family is the most important thing in their lives. They are carrying significant responsibility while helping their loved ones age safely, comfortably, and with dignity. The survey set out to explore not just the struggles of caregiving but the joy that comes with it as well with 92% saying it brings both joy and emotional strain, yet 73% wouldn't choose to take on less responsibility. For families, joy is rarely about grand gestures. It's found in simple conversations, sharing meals, helping with daily routines, laughing together, and being present for one another. Family caregivers are doing extraordinary work, but greater access to respite care and in-home support could create a healthier balance for the entire family with 69% saying they need more support when caring for an aging parent, and 85% agree that it would make a meaningful, positive difference. In-home care and respite care can help caregivers protect their own health, give them time to recharge, maintain careers, care for children, and preserve their own well-being, while continuing to care for others. This is where Comfort Keepers can help. Focus isn't just on managing the challenges that come with aging, it's about celebrating the meaningful moments that connect generations, helping older adults stay engaged, independent, and connected to the people and experiences that bring them joy. For more information or to participate go to comfortkeepers.com/dayofjoy and share your Day of Joy activity on social media using #NationalDayofJoy .

This summer, the 2026 FIFA World Cup will be the single largest shared cultural moment on the planet -- watched by more than 5 billion people. For weeks, the world's attention turns to football. To the players. To the dreams. charity: water is using that moment to tell a different story. One about what makes the game possible in the first place -- and what every kid, everywhere, needs to play it. Water. According to Johns Hopkins University, water is the most vital nutrient for athletic performance, joint lubrication, and temperature regulation. At the highest level of the sport, there are mandatory water breaks every game. Everyone agrees: football takes water. But for millions of kids around the world, water isn't waiting on the sideline. Their mornings belong to the walk for water -- not practicing the game they love. While one child wakes up early to train, another rises before dawn to fetch water for the day. They share the same dream. Their lives couldn't be more different. Football Takes Water asks a world already thinking about football to fund the water projects that will fuel the next generation of stars -- and the next generation of everything else. During the World Cup, every water project funded by July 10 will be doubled. Go to charitywater.org to donate.
