The Woodsbend Youth Development Center (YDC) is a school and boarding facility owned and operated by the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, Department for Juvenile Justice, located at 163 Woodsbend Boys Camp Rd, West Liberty, KY 41472. Originally constructed in the 1960s and since had various additions and renovations, the main building covering approximately 15,500 sqft serves as a housing unit, dining facility, and administrative offices. The current mechanical system in this building is a water-source heat pump loop with a cooling tower and electric boiler.
