With or without Kerio, yes, it's possible, though if it were me, I'd just forward one to the other, leaving the original. You could create an Outlook rule to store those messages in a different folder if you like.

If you really want two accounts, there are two ways to do it. One is simply to create another profile and switch to that when you want to use the other account. The other way lets you add multiple accounts to a single profile. That requires Outlook 2010 and Kerio 8.3 or newer and manual configuration of the additional accounts. Kerio has a KB article that covers all that.

The short answer is that you apparently need to do this on a computer - I couldn't find any way to do it on iPhone or iPad. On a computer, go to iCloud.com, log in, and click on Mail. Then click on the Gear icon at bottom left and choose Preferences. That will let you set up forwarding.

As I've said many times, the problem with using an email account provided by your ISP is that if you change ISP's, that old email account stops working. That can be more than annoying, so the time to fix that is now.

First, go get a gmail account (or AOL or Yahoo or Microsoft - anything not tied to an ISP). That's easy enough, but how to get everyone to start using it? The simple answer is to let that happen over time.

Start by forwarding your current email to your new gmail address. That's usually easy to do and if not a phone call to your ISP should take care of it. All your email will now show up in your gmail account and you can read and reply to it there.

When you see important email from your bank or wherever that is still using your old ISP address, go fix that. That kind of thing will dribble in over weeks or months and it doesn't matter if you miss it this time; you'll fix them up with your gmail address the next time. Eventually you'll have all those things updated.

For your friends, just add a note when you reply: "By the way, my new email adress is..". Of course some will ignore that the first time and the second and even longer, but eventually they'll catch on and start using the gmail address.

That's it. You don't need to explicitly cancel your old email. However, after a while you'll notice that the only email still using it is junk that you do not want, so at that point you might want to take off the forewarding or tell the ISP to just can it. That's up to you - you can leave it as is forever.

No, your Outlook rules aren't missing - you never had any. With Kerio Connect Mail Server, there are actually three places you can define rules for incoming mail. One is obviously within Outlook itself. Another is global server side rules that apply to all users.

The last is within Webmail and that sometimes confuses Outlook users because they don't realize that Webmail rules take effect even when you are not using Kerio Webmail. Rules you define in the webmail interface are in force for all incoming mail, even if you never use Webmail again.

That's what happened here. He had defined rules in Webmail but thought they were defined in Outlook. When he wanted to change on of the rules, he looked in Outlook and found nothing. He needed to login to Webmail to see and edit his rules.

So I guess people forget to use the BCC field when creating? If you did that, there wouldn't be an "All" to reply to. But if you cannot train people to do that, you will get these at times.

There are client specific ways to stop Reply-All, but if you can't control the clients, that won't help.

However, you don't need to use a distribution list. A distribution list expands to the names it contains, which causes the potential problem. You could use a Group, but then people just reply to the group, so that doesn't help.

Using a Kerio Mailing list can solve this because you can set a Reply-to address or moderate replies if you do want to allow some full replies. That may mean extra work for someone, of course.
