<ol>
<li>Drink 3-4 liters of water every day.</li>
<li>Eat 5-6 meals every day.</li>
<li>Every meal should contain a protein, fat, and carb source, preferably from whole foods.</li>
<li>Eat organic if possible, especially dairy products and meat sources.</li>
<li>Supplements &#8211; all you need is a whole food based multi-vitamin and fish oil.</li>
<li>Caffeine &#8211; only consume earlier in the day and never consume 6-7 hours before bed.</li>
