The thing is when you're in a location where you've done so many other things your brain will associate this location with all those things.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;It will have unconsciously built several habits tied to this place so whenever you're there you're going to be constantly reminded to start those habits most of which are things that are much more enjoyable and pleasurable than your work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Because of this, it becomes extremely easy to get distracted as your brain is constantly telling you hey let's do this fun thing instead which is why it's extremely powerful have a completely new location exclusive to your work and ideally, you want to select a location where you haven't made any other pre-existing connections.&amp;nbsp; it's also very important to note that you want to select a location that's easy to get to so that you will have fewer excuses&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h4 style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #fcff01;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;h4 style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #fcff01;"&gt;Second Trick&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The second trick I used to &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;increase productivity&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; which is don't give yourself time to think. I would often have thoughts like this when I woke up oh wow I need to start working on those two new scripts today and I need to revise and finalize that other one. I need to send out those emails and I got three coaching calls as well. Oh my god, that's so much work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;I think I'll just watch some youtube first and whenever this happens I would end up playing around on my phone for hours before finally getting out of bed and overall I would get very little time to get my things done for the day and you can prevent this from happening by giving yourself less time to think.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Nowadays the only thing that's on my mind when I wake up is okay! its time to get dressed and get started with my work for today and the reason I do this is that procrastination is an emotional problem and negative emotions occur when we think right.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The more you think about how much you have to do, the worse you start to feel which means that you're less likely to actually go and do it. Because when you think, you let your anxiety build up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;You think to yourself oh my god what am I going to do if I would not able to able to complete my tasks for today, all of these hypothetical scenarios run in your head and cause you to feel as if you have failed even though you haven't even started.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;That's why we procrastinate and you can prevent this from happening by taking quick action like I mentioned before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;All I think about when I wake up is okay I need to get dressed and get going that's it and by doing this I can trick myself to take quick action so that I'll go to my exclusive location so that my habit of working there can kick in&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h4 style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #fcff01;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;h4 style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #fcff01;"&gt;Third Trick&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The third tip is to remove distractions before they can come up. When I decided to go to my workplace, the first time I chose not to get the wi-fi password. My phone still has no internet access. Here I literally can't do anything on my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The thing is even if you use my advice from trick number one and you go to a new location there are still things that you might bring with you that are associated with past distractions and personally for me, it's when I have my computer and when I have wi-fi because this setup is what I usually use to play video games and to browse the internet&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;When I remove the wi-fi, the urge to mess around online disappears as one of the requirements to stay focused. Which is why whenever I am about to start with my work, I only bring four things, I bring my keys so I can go home, I bring my journal which serves as a reminder for all the things I need to get done, I bring my laptop for the work itself and I bring my phone for calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h4 style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Now you might be thinking wait wait wait you just said you turn off the wi-fi so you don't get distracted then doesn't bring in your phone to defeat that purpose hang tight I'll get into why I do this in a second.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;h4 style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #fcff01;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;h4 style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #fcff01;"&gt;Fourth Trick&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Fourth trick is to allow yourself to win easily. See often times when we tell ourselves that we need to get a lot done. We will set this bar way too high. You need to lower your standards for your definition of success for the day. When I work yes it's important to try and remove as many distractions as possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;But I still need some way to reward myself. Turning the wi-fi on for my computer is too distracting as I'm constantly using it while I type but I can simply turn off my phone or hide it under my journal while I work which puts it out of my site and when it's time for me to reward myself I'll turn it back on.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Now you want to make sure that your rewards are short and sweet so that it's enjoyable but don't take up too much of your time. that studying, exercising, building a business or something equally productive,
will bring you more benefits in the long run, you still prefer watching TV,
playing video games and scrolling through social media. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"&gt;One might argue that it's obvious why. One
activity is easy and doesn't require much effort, while the other activity is
difficult and it requires you to keep moving and &lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"&gt;challenging yourself&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;. Which
begs the question: Why are some people more motivated to tackle difficult
things? And is there a way to make doing difficult things, easy? &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"&gt;Well, to answer this question, yes there is a way that can help you to make a major and difficult task very simple and much
easier. For that, what you have to do is to stop listening to your mind that says
I would not able to make it to the finish line; I would get stuck In between
the task etc. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"&gt;Just take a minute out of it and think, are you
not that capable to complete a particular task? Do you doubt your capabilities
before even going in for the task? Or are you just that lazy that you don’t
bother to complete the task? Or are you afraid to &lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"&gt;challenge yourself?&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

that are in your own best interest. And that I think the word discipline has

I'm talking about discipline within the sense that you just, and you forego
immediate pleasure for the exchange of long term self-respect. You cannot win
the war against the globe if you cannot win the war against your own mind.

&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"&gt;If you can very well manage your thoughts in our
mind, then definitely yes, you can overcome your challenges by standing

enough that one day you would be proudly saying that I am no more afraid to

He doesn't do it for validation from other people. He doesn't do it for points on the internet for attention. He does it because he genuinely likes being a good person. For example – just a couple of weeks ago– Keanu was on a public plane. And for some reason, the plane had to do an emergency landing – which you can only imagine must be pretty scary. Most of the people on that plane probably thought that they were going to die at one point or another. Luckily for everyone – the plane managed to land safely. No one was injured – but they landed about100 miles away from their intended destination.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So right after they land – instead of just calling a private taxi and going his own way - as most celebrities would, Keanu decides to charter a van. He fills it with as many people from the plane as possible. He pays for the entire ride and has the van drive everyone for two hours to their intended destination. And for the entire ride - he's looking up fun facts about the place they landed in which was “Bakersfield – California” and he'splaying country music on his phone so that people feel more at ease. Because again these people just experienced an emergency landing on a plane – so you can only imagine how stressed out and traumatized some of them were. And this is just one example – there are tons of stories of him picking up hitchhikers, hanging out with homeless people, giving up his seat on the subway - and just being an all-around good guy. But you never hear any of these stories from him, you always hear it from someone else.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now, why am I fanboying so hard over Keanu Reeves? What does any of this have to do with learning to love yourself more? Well if you think about it, It's certain traits that make people so lovable. The reason I like Keanu Reeves is not that he's a celebrity because I love the Matrix series. I like Keanu because of this specific trait that he has – which again is doing good deeds without bragging about it. And this is where the secret to learning how to love yourself lies. All I would have to do is take this trait and add it to my character and just like that I would start loving myself more. If you take the reasons why you love them so much and add them to your self - Guess what...you'll start loving yourself more.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;See the reason we don't love ourselves is that we have traits that we don't like. Maybe you think that you're lazy, maybe you think you're socially awkward, maybe you think you're not someone that others can depend upon. If you're like me and you don't like these traits in other people. But you have them in yourself. Then of course – you're not going to love yourself.. All you need to do is fix this ratio. Decrease the number of traits that you dislike and increase the number of traits that you like. If you look up to someone because of their bravery, then all you have to do is start doing what you consider to be brave things like taking risks, speaking up for yourself, or standing up for others and you'll start loving yourself more. If you look up to someone because of how hardworking they are. Now let me address a common issue. There are people who think that self-acceptance somehow goes against self-improvement. It doesn’t. In fact, self-improvement can only follow self-acceptance. If I didn’t accept that my hair was thinning, I wouldn’t start researching what the right haircut needs to look like for me.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;The second pillar&lt;/b&gt; is the practice of self-acceptance. I know a lot of people who are so physically unfit that it jeopardizes the most important things in their life like their health and their relationships. And when they get confronted about it, a lot of these people have learned a little trick that has been really trending lately. Apparently, everyone, I know who is unhealthy because of a medical condition. Now, let me just be clear thatI’m not saying that these conditions don’t exist. I’m just saying that 19 out of 20 of these people don’t have it. If you do not exercise, if you do not eat healthily, you probably shouldn’t be going around telling people how you’re overweight and unhealthy because of a medical condition. Yeah, they might treat you like you’re the victim, but guess what? The only reason they sympathize with you is that the last thing they care about is whether you’re taking care of yourself or not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;The third pillar&lt;/b&gt; is the practice of self-responsibility. I don’t know of a single person who doesn't take responsibility, loves playing the victim, and also has high self-esteem. If I had a kid and I could only teach him one thing before he went to college, it would be how to stay authentic to his true self under pressure. I was bad at a lot of things, but the one thing I was really good at was being really grounded in what I believed in. In fact, in almost every case it turned into guys having respect for it . Now again, I didn’t say I sort of believed in it. It was fully standing for what I believed in, 100% unapologetic, and if that was a problem, everyone always knew I could just leave and go have fun somewhere else. I’m going to act a little differently if I’m in a classroom environment than if I’m around friends, but I’m not going to go against authentic self in either situation. If you meet an entrepreneur who is passionate about his business, and if you also meet a person who is indifferent towards his regular job, the entrepreneur will almost always have higher self-esteem. Why is that? Because the entrepreneur is the modern-day warrior. Just like the warrior has a strong sense of purpose and lives to conquer, so does the entrepreneur. What was the motive behind that? Am I able to live up to my expectations? The answer should be a big "NO". If life happens to be a cakewalk, then no would have worked their skin out so as to inspire the whole world. This "never giving up" attitude sets apart the people who are ready to walk on that difficult path towards success. life is itself a challenge every day so we should be mentally prepared for every single challenge that life throws to us. To test your limits, you have to acknowledge them first to know what things are restraining you from performing your job. Once you know about your boundaries in which you are tangled, you will put in every possible effort to get free from that restraining boundaries. And I'm worried now 'cause my eating habits have not been very good lately. I haven't gone to the gym in like three months. I haven't had time to practice my break dancing. And I feel like any time that I'm not working is a waste of time. It's like it's not being productive and I'm worried that at the end of my life I'm gonna look back andI'm gonna be disappointed because I didn't spend that time to do what I love, to spend time with my friends and my family, relax and enjoy life, instead of just working so hard. - You're 19 though, right? - 18. - 18. After 10 years I'm like this. And after like 15 years they're still like this and yet I'm here already. I've attained a place of freedom, a place where they could never attain. Now looking back, who's gonna regret that they wish they had paid the price early? Or I wish oh man, I wish I could buy back that time? I did. I bought it back at that time. Yes, I made some sacrifices in the morning but now I have all the time in the world. I'm still young. But yet now they just start. Now after they finish school they go to get a job if they find a job. Now they just start on their journey, right? But yet I've already gone through this and this and this and this. Your work, it's being tested, being viewed, by millions of people. That insight only you have. No one, no one would have. The same thing with you, no one would have. This feedback that you get, no one would have that insight except you. The feedback I got from speaking to live when I'm closing, back then, go into, go in front of a cold audience, 90 minutes I need to make a sale, no one would have that insight.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Unless you've done it you don't know what that it's like. No one would be able to do that, this whole gap. Because back then you have seminars that are more active. You have the opportunity. Now seminars not as active. Organizers, if I'm an organizer, would you wanna put an unproven speaker on your stage? No fucking no. You only pick a proven speaker. So you will not give anyone who is not a proven speaker any stage time. So, anyone who learns to learn this, you won't, no one, you will not get a chance to learn because you will not get a chance to practice. But I did because Allen gave me the opportunity. He said you know, you try it. You fail it, it's okay, you try it. So I had the mentor who gave me the opportunity so to kind of get my feet wet. And I kept at it long enough to figure stuff out. So this experience, no one. I cannot teach it to you. I cannot teach it to you, because I've gone through this. Same thing with you. All the insights that you have, the psychology, the marketing, the incorporating, no one, no one could duplicate because you're the one that'in the trenches day today. I know what's going on. I know what's working, hey. We have very very deep insights on how to market a certain way.
