We were deeply saddened to hear about the passing of  Dolores Cannon on October 18, 2014.

Our thoughts go out to her family.

She will be greatly missed though I know we’ll meet again.

The lights were soft and low.

In the background, the haunting sound of ancient chanting enticed me into deep trance. I was in the middle of a very beautiful ceremony where I was becoming a ‘Reiki Master’.

As my own Reiki Master came before me and performed the secret ‘attunement’ a very unique symbol came into my awareness.

As she opened my hands and blew into my palms it appeared in my mind’s eye plain as day, though it was quite exceptional in it’s design.

No information was given with it, just the symbol itself along with a most wondrous state of pure and utter bliss!

After the ceremony was completed, I immediately drew the symbol out on a sheet of paper. I asked my Reiki Master and the 11 others in the group if they had ever seen such a symbol?

None had.

I left the centre that day very different from when I entered it.

Despite my bewilderment of what it all could mean, this new symbol and state of euphoria filled me heart and soul with an all encompassing feeling of Love, Peace and Oneness.

I was ‘Utter Bliss’.

That evening happened to be, ‘Samhain’ or, ‘All Hallow’s Eve.’

The night ancient tradition holds, when the veil between worlds is the thinnest. Known as an exceptional night for Past Life Regression and Past Life Recall.

A perfect night to connect with the Other Side and hear from Loved Ones (pets included), Ancestors, and/or any Beings of the Light willing to give us information deemed helpful to us on our path.

I’d waited months to indulge in the precious energies of this singular night, and those were the two reasons I was eager to do the Connection Ritual….

Yet I couldn’t resist bringing into my little meditative circle of Light, the drawing I’d created of my new symbol.

Though I didn’t feel the passage of time, I was about 40 minutes into deep meditation and strangely, nothing was happening…

No loved ones… No ancestors…

Even my Beloved Shane was silent.

There was no one wanting to give me any messages at all it seemed, or even just pop in to say, ‘hello’.

I then said to myself, ‘O.K… If none of my loved ones wants to visit with me, then maybe I can get some answers about this symbol I received during my attunement.

In truth, I had been unable (or unwilling?) to clear my mind of it for the entire 40 minutes.

Indeed, lit only by the candle’s glow, like moth to flame, I couldn’t stop myself from repeatedly turning to the drawing, my fingers tracing it’s incomparable outline over and over.

Finally, I acquiesced to what really was the true mission for me this night.

I allowed my eyes and my full, now relaxed attention to rest upon it’s unique design. As I drank in each curve and line of it, slipping easily into deep Alpha state, I began to meditate,

‘What Does This Symbol Mean?’

Fluidly, I received an answer…

I was given that this, was a symbol of

“CONNECTION”…

I was moved to look at the ‘top magnet'(so to speak) and heard,

“As Above”…

Then I was moved to look at the ‘bottom magnet’ (so to speak) and received,

“So Below”…

Then viewing it in it’s entirety with the bars and the circle joining the two ends together, heard…

“AS ABOVE SO BELOW”.

Then I was given,“This is a very powerful and protective symbol of your

“CONNECTION.”

I was joyous with this information, as when I heard the words ‘connection’ and ‘as above so below’ it clicked something in my brain yes!

How perfect is this symbol showing the joining of our two worlds…

Earth & Spirit, Spirit & Earth…

Luckily, I had the forethought to not ‘bliss out’ again and ask another most pertinent question…

“WHO HAS GIVEN ME THIS SYMBOL?”

“WHERE HAS THIS COME FROM?”

The instant I projected that thought, my Mental Screen began to play a movie of what I instinctively knew were images of my past lives…

It started off slowly at first, allowing me to ‘recognize’ a couple of more recent past lives, being a soldier in a cavalry and as Fayla, the Native Indian Medicine Woman. This gave me a chance to understand what was happening.

Then it sped up, until it became a blur of blinking bits, of life after life, going back… back… back….

It suddenly stopped and showed me an image of a ‘Viking’ at the helm of his ship… I was zoomed in on his helmet with the two big horns going up in the shape of a magnet and I thought well that is almost half of the symbol, but it’s not my symbol!’…

The instant I thought that, the blur of past lives resumed its montage and this time when it stopped, I did not see myself as a third person looking on, but rather I ‘was’ the person standing there.

I was standing on a beach, it was night, but I instantly knew where I was…

I was in Lemuria…

The moon was full and bright and I could see quite clearly…

The ocean was calm and very beautiful…

I looked down at myself and saw that I was wearing a long, simple white gown… my arms and my feet were bare.

I could see that my skin was a deep, tan colour and my hair that was softly blowing in the warm breeze was black and long past my waist.

Just then, I felt a cool, little wave splash upon my feet and I looked down and caught my reflection in the water…

My hand immediately shot up to my throat where I felt the item I so clearly saw reflected in the water…

It was my ‘symbol’…

It was attached to a silver collar I wore around my neck…

A feeling of profound sadness washed over me as I fingered the symbol… I knew that it was given to me from ‘my people’ and that I wasn’t going to see them again…

I looked up to the beautiful night sky which was filled with twinkling stars.

And what I saw next, rocked my very world…

There in front of me, about fifty feet up, I saw my symbol, clearly, completely, without a doubt…

Emblazoned in Light, right there, on the side of a …….

Space-ship…

And I thought,

“WHAT?!?!?

I was instantly back to 3rd person observation position.

WHAT THE?!?!!? OH GAWD NOOOOOO!!! NOT ALIENS!!!

OH MY GAWD THE SYMBOL CAME FROM ALIENS??? JEEEESSSUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS MUUUUUUURRRRPHYYYYYY!!!!

MY PEOPLE ARE ALIENS?!?!?!?!”

The ‘me’ on the beach was still looking longingly up at the space craft.

However, “I”, at the time, had a little problem with the whole explaining ‘aliens’ thing…

Spirit Guides, Guardian Angels, even the wee-one’s from the old country Leprechauns & Fairies, no problem! But Aliens?

People already think I’m cracked! I lamented to myself…

My little mental rant was interrupted when my verbiage was corrected and I was told,

“NOT ‘Aliens‘”…“Enlightened Beings.”

(which for some reason, made me feel better)

“There are many who come from God…

Many you do not understand… as of yet.

Do not fear… Do not judge…”

My attention was back on the symbol.

It was worn close around my neck, on the ‘throat chakra’ about an inch long and held there by a silver collar. There was a brilliant blaze of light which shot out from it’s centre.

I instantly knew this is what I was suppose to do now.

The Enlightened Beings wanted me to once again, wear it….

As soon as I ‘got the message’, I was instantly back, sitting at my kitchen table, with this… humungous bit of information… I was just buzzing!

I laid down, but I couldn’t fall asleep, I just lay there, buzzing and staring off into… well… space…

All I could think of was, ‘I can’t tell anybody this!’

‘They think I’m crazy just doing Reiki!! How can I share this now’?!?!?

‘I don’t know’… I answered myself…

I just know that I am incredibly drawn to this symbol.

I LOVE looking at it and repeating its name over and over as though I’ve found a lost friend…

It fills my heart each time!

I don’t know how to put it except, that I feel, it ‘expands me’…

And I know, that I am strongly led to have this symbol fashioned just as I was shown and begin wearing it at my throat chakra.

That was many years ago…

I did indeed have my symbol recreated as I once wore it so many lifetimes ago and I have been blessed to wear it since.

I imagine some of you are wondering why I didn’t ask the one question which would seem the most important of them all…

“Why was I given this symbol?”

I guess my Higher Self knew that the answer to that would come in the journey I would next embark upon…

I’ve lived and learned so much more since that fateful ‘All Hallow’s Eve.’

But that is a story for another page to be shared, later…

Once brought into a relaxing, alpha-state level of mind, into my awareness, I immediately see 3 pyramids off to the upper left side…
But they aren’t any that I recognize, these three are black.

I immediately ‘know’ that they are from VERY long ago, beyond ancient, beyond the pyramids which exist on earth today.
The scene fascinates me, but I leave it as the Hypnotherapist guides us to a beach, a shoreline…

There, I see a native Indian Woman standing, waiting for me… Her features become clearer as I get closer to her and I then recognize her.

She is Fayla, one of my Spirit Guides.
She says nothing, but I know that I am to follow her. She turns, keeping just slightly ahead of me as we walk along the shoreline.
She takes me far down the shore, up a small hill, through some trees, then to a clearing and finally, to a bridge…

The bridge is Crystal and the further half of it is enveloped in mist. Fayla motions for me to cross the bridge and I leave her at this point.

I enter the midst, come out to the other side of the bridge and I immediately see a Crystal Pyramid glowing vibrantly from the inside with an incredible Light.

It is about 12-15 ft. in size all around and I know I am to enter it…
I know it is my personal transportation.
I know that I have been inside that crystal pyramid before.

I enter it.

I next find myself looking out of the crystal and seeing the most extraordinary scenes of outer space…

I realize I am travelling through Outer Space!
There are billions of stars, I see beautiful planets, everything is sparkling vividly against the velvety black background…

I am thoroughly excited!

A very familiar feeling washes over me and again, I know I have been here and seen this view before…

I ‘arrive’ at my destination…
I step out of the Crystal Pyramid and before me I see a gigantic, golden Archangel… maybe 80 ft. tall…
Then he opens as a door right down the middle and I see that he is the ‘gateway’ and I go up some stairs and enter.

I am inside and there are more stairs leading upwards…
Standing at the top of the stairs, I see and am greeted by an Elder man….

He is no ordinary man….

He is larger than life, maybe 12 ft. or so, and he is dressed richly in intensely golden robes that flow out and down the stairs around us by about 40 ft…
A golden crown sits atop his head.
He has long (just past the shoulders) white, perfect hair and beard.
His face does not appear ‘old’ at all, but I know, that he is as old as time…
His eyes are a blue I have never seen before.

I deeply respect him…
I am in awe of him…
I know that he is ‘All that, and a bag of chips’… well, I almost had it right…

I asked him his name…
He looked deeply into my eyes and replied simply…

“I am, ‘ALL THAT IS'”…..

Never a more appropriate time to exclaim, “OH MY GOD!!!”

But I didn’t, rather, I heard the Hypnotherapists’ voice in the background guiding us to ask ‘what is your name in this lifetime?’…

So I replied instead, “O.k. that’s you, but WHO AM I????”

He stepped to the side and I immediately saw behind him, a woman.
An etherically beautiful woman.
She appeared in the same flowing, golden robes but hers were more like a gown that had a massive crinoline underneath as her gown flowed outwards first (Like in the character Anna in the movie ‘Anna & The King of Siam) and then down her train went for many yards.

She too, wore a gorgeous, gold crown but her long, wavy hair was a golden blonde and it went down past her waist.
Her eyes were also blue but lighter than the Elder male and her face though also timeless, still appeared younger than his…
She was smaller as well, about 8 or 9 ft. tall.

I KNEW that she was me… I was her… and I asked her what name she had in this lifetime…
She smiled at me as a mother to a fledgling child and replied,

I am, “ALL THAT IS.”

My first thought was, ‘nobody’s gonna believe this back home.’

Sure, maybe if she answered, ‘ALMOST ALL THAT IS’…… but never ‘ALL THAT IS.”

At this time I heard Hypnotherapists voice again.
He guided us to ‘go to the most significant event in that lifetime’…
And we did…

I found myself with well, ‘myself’ and the Male Elder in a large, long banquet hall…
The walls were rounded at the top and the bottom, like ‘sideways oblong’ and made of glass with white beams every hundred feet or so.

I could clearly see outside the glass walls and noticed the view of incredible planets in the distance and billions of wondrous sparkling stars.

I could have stared out those windows forever but my attention was brought to the magnificent ‘banquet table’ which stretched out apparently farther than I could see as I saw it till about two hundred feet long and then couldn’t see past that.

The table was opulently set with glowing candelabras and magnificent place settings.
We were seated…

Next, I heard the Hypnotherapist ask ‘What type of food is eaten here?’…

Then I noticed that the table setting was opulent but indeed there was absolutely no ‘food’ on the table, but rather a bright, White Orb of Light the size of a large orange was on each plate as far as I could see down the long, lavish table…

So I asked, (oh and by the way, all communication done while on this journey was done by us telepathically)
“‘Where is the food here? What kind of food do we eat?”

And I was again given that look by the ‘golden me’ like, ‘Don’t you remember this???’

“There is no ‘food’ as you speak of here, we do not eat as you eat on earth”….

Suddenly, I remembered everything.
It was as though her voice flipped a switch to ‘on’ in my brain and I remembered…

The memories of that life-time came rushing back into my awareness.

This is where I ‘began’…
Strangely enough…
“In a galaxy, far, far away…”

Though I have been told by a few (apparently ‘enlightened ones’) that they thought I was from another planet… (though it never appeared at the time, the compliment that it truly is)….

We have no individual names there…
We are all ‘ALL THAT IS’…
We exist on that plane in/on the LIGHT…
Our sustenance is THE LIGHT…..
WE ARE THE LIGHT!

The most significant occasion of that life, was that day at that very joyous and festive banquet…
My ‘send off’ party if you will….

I was extremely honoured… I had been ‘chosen’…

“I” was being sent to Earth…
I came from this very distant and wondrous planet as a ‘Star Seed’…

I was sent to Earth long, long ago and I was sent here to bring “Light”…
I have been here for many incarnations already…

Coincidentally, (if you still believe in coincidences) my name this incarnation is ‘Aileen’… It means, ‘Light’…

I then impatiently asked the Elders, ‘If I am ALL THAT (or this, as the case may be) why has this taken so long for me to learn??

Without waiting for an answer I exasperatingly cried out, ‘Let me do my JOB!!!!!’

INFUSE ME NOW with every-thing I need to ‘BRING IT’… TO BRING THE LIGHT, to fulfill my purpose with the most ‘punch’ HERE AND NOW!

They both smiled at me… and agreed, ‘Yes, you are ready now’…

And I was shown a brilliant, blazing shooting star taking off…

I thanked them.

At this time, I then again heard the Hypnotherapists voice guiding us to go to our ‘death’ in that lifetime… Observe it… What was it like? Peaceful? Painful?

I knew that my ‘death’ in that life was a VERY EXCITING, CHALLENGING BEGINNING

and we began moving towards the glass wall…

I asked the male Elder, ‘Are you someone I know in my present lifetime on Earth?’
“No” he replied, he had never been on earth…

At the edge, as the glass wall parted and we were there at the Gateway to the Galaxies, I asked, ‘Who is my Husband, Tom’?

He replied that Tom was also from the same place, he was sent along with me to be my Guard and Guardian that I would always be protected.

I smiled, this answer made much sense to me….

It was time to go now, and I turned and stepped off the edge into the Unknown, just as the Hypnotherapist brought us back to our Earthly reality…

It is the most economical vacation adventure you will ever experience. Instead of bringing back cluttering trinkets to line your shelves, at the very least, you’ll bring back knowledge to excite your mind.

I can remember being aware of the idea of ‘past lives’ when I was a child.
I would overhear my parents discussing it with relatives and friends after reading about the extraordinary life of the man known as the ‘Sleeping Prophet’, Edgar Cayce.

But it wasn’t until years later, going through my own Spiritual Awakening that I took a keen interest in Past Life Regression.

At that point, I couldn’t get information inside of me, fast enough.
I devoured every book I could find on the topic.

Tricky in those days, as it wasn’t as openly accepted as it is today.

As a long-time Vegetarian, (who has hoped to reach ‘Breathtarian’ in this lifetime) I was thrilled to know that I in fact knew how to exist on ‘Prana’ or ‘Light’ before and not only survived but thrived!

Knowing that we shared lives before, led me to appreciate a deeper connection with my Spouse.

I was genuinely affected by the experience.
The goldmine of knowledge I obtained and how much it meant to me spurred my interest further into continuing to explore past life regression.

As I continued to benefit from these private sessions, I knew this was how I wanted to be of service to others.
Eventually, I became a Certified Hypnotherapist myself and specialized in Past-Life Regression.

I can think of few things that have as great immediate, current, life-changing potential as exploring a past life.

Dolores Cannon’s method allows each one of us to be the Treasure Hunter of our own self and destiny!

Born in 1931, in St. Louis, Missouri, she lived a conventional life. She married a career Navy man in 1951, had four children and until the mid-1970’s spent a traditional life as a wife and mother.

For myself, there are two who have stood out in my studies and have had the most life-changing, profound effect upon me.

World-renowned ‘Edgar Cayce‘ and ‘Dolores Cannon‘…

While Edgar Cayce had long since passed on by the time I was born, I had the honour of being trained and certified by the latter.

I grew up hearing about Edgar Cayce, known to the world as the ‘Sleeping Prophet’.
My parents and extended family were well-versed with his books and I was privy to many ‘spirited’ discussions regarding his work. When I was old enough, I voraciously read all that I could about him and the documentation on his great works.

Sometimes in life, you just need to take a leap of faith.

Edgar Cayce, a humble and deeply religious man, took such a leap. Born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, U.S.A. in 1877, he read the bible once for every year of his life, attended church and taught Sunday School.

He never dreamed that he would become, arguably, the world’s most famous, prolific and documented, trance-state Psychic. A Past Life Regression is an exploration into another lifetime made possible by being professionally guided into a meditative, altered brain state where it’s possible to access past life memories. It can also be experienced by self-hypnosis or more rarely, spontaneous regression.

2) How is it done?

As you can see, the questions you can find answers for are endless and up to whatever it is that is important to you. Put some thought into what you would like to get out of your PLR session but be prepared to receive whatever it is your Higher Self deems is most important for you at the time.

5) Is it Real or is it Memorex? (imagination)

The West sometimes appears to be an itsy bit behind the World Stage for believing in reincarnation. In the rest of the world, the statistics prove that it has been taken quite seriously for centuries.

There is so much documented research all over the world at this point that it would appear a little naive to continue keeping one’s head in the sand regarding the validity of past lives.

For the millions upon millions of Buddhists and Hindus among other Eastern religions, it is part of their doctrine.

Remember, all of our lifetimes are embedded in our subconscious mind which often bubbles up information, giving us clues to their existance.

For instance, a person can say, “I’ve loved watching Western movies my whole life, could that be why I imagined I had a life in the Old West?”

To which I would reply: “Could be, you had a past life in the Old West and that is why in this lifetime, you are drawn towards movies of that time period.”

Could be, you love to hear the flute today as it reminds you of a lifetime where it’s sound made you feel very, very good because it meant the little sheep-herding girl you had a crush on was near by.

Could be, you’re ‘a real natural’ swimmer, because you spent so much time in a past life on the shores of warm water perhaps diving for pearls or escaping sharks?

Could be you love the Arctic so much because you once spent a wonderful lifetime there happily snuggled up in an Igloo kissing Eskimo-style!

What I would suggest, is if you experience a past life in a session that happened during ‘recorded history’ strive to get as much documentable information (names/years/locations/occupations/relationships/physical descriptions/quirks/etc) during the past life regression as possible. This way, you can do your own research afterwards using the information you gathered during your PLR.

At the end of the day, for me, it always comes back to, “For those who are open to believe, no explanation is necessary, the proof is in the pudding…For those who do not, no explanation is possible…”

6) Can I ask to be taken to a certain time and place in the past?

Certainly, you can always ask…However don’t be disappointed if you find yourself somewhere ‘else’…Your Super-conscious mind may have something more important for you to experience at this time.

7) What are the common fears of experiencing a Past Life Regression?

Some people think they may learn that they weren’t very nice in a past life. I can tell you that if you are aware enough to be concerned about that this time around, then you have learned the lesson of that previous lifetime.

Some people are afraid that they might re-live physical pain of a previous event or violent death scene. If any such scene would arise, we would have you move into the ‘observer’ position where you rise above the body and can simply remember the ‘lesson’ of the event and not actually re-live the pain of it. There would be no point for your Soul to repeat it, only for your subconscious mind to bring it forward into your conscious mind for the message it is currently bringing.

8) What’s the difference between me experiencing it or a Psychic telling me about my past?

A psychic may have well tapped into your Akashic records, however this would still be the psychic’s interpretation of your past life, it is not a past life regression.

9) How can I make my experience the best it can be?

Dress comfortably for the session. You don’t want to wear clothing that is too tight or binding as this will distract you from relaxing into the PLR . Dress in loose, comfortable clothing.

Come with an open mind and a sense of curiosity. This is the best mind-set to arrive in for a successful Past Life Regression. A pre-determined sense of what the session will be like or about will not serve you. .

When in session, do not judge or in any way try to question what you are experiencing while you are experiencing it. Just allow it to unfold. Time for examination of the PLR is after you have completed it. Why? Because analyzing is a ‘left’ brain function and you need to be in your ‘right’ brain function, where memory and recall are stored, to access and enjoy your past life experience.

But you can, in addition to continue practicing the piano in this lifetime, hone your piano playing skills by recalling the full sensory experience (visual/auditory/kinesthetic/olfactory/gustatory) of excellence in that previous lifetime.

• How did your muscles move when you played so well?
• Did you look at each key or did you keep your eyes closed and be moved to feel the right keys?
• How did you touch the keys?
