Upset fans threw water bottles onto the pitch, forcing the referee to blow the whistle and abandon the remainder of the match. The championship was ultimately decided by a penalty shootout, with Isan Pattaya Club emerging victorious 7-6 to claim the 2026 Pattaya Cup title.
