I feel really bad about not having yet another episode. I've been under going some personal things (nothing horrible). I'll be fine as I'm finally over the hump I think.

Many, many appologies everyone. I had planned to do Episode 8 this past weekend, but have been super busy lately. The plan is to do Episode 8 this week, have it up and then do Episodes 9, 10 and 11 in pretty quick succession. Stay tuned for more details soon.

Yes I know this was supposed to be reviews, but a few things happened:

a. So many things that I want to review
b. Not enough hours in the day to do so
c. I was lazy

What's on My Sewing Machine:
My quilt: Five sections are done, the sixth should be done on Friday when I can make a huge dent into the seventh section.

Sister's quilt: Originally I was going to take it out of hiatus next week, but have changed my mind and wait till my quilt is done.

Mom's quilt: is going into an official hiatus until I can finish two projects

Neighbor's Quilt (new): A Pinwheel quilt for my neighbor who has helped us out for the past year or so.

Prototype bag: for possible sale on ETSY

What I had orginally planned to do for Episode 7 will now be Episode 8. Why the change? Frankly it's because I have way too many things I want to review, and just not enough time to do so.

Episode 7 will still be recorded tonight (and prob. will be posted either tonight or tomorrow, haven't decided yet). Episode 7 will be all about updates on my quilt, plus the hiatus of my mom's quilt and coming out of hiatus my sister's quilt. I've also started a quilt for my neighbor. I'm also going to talk about doing things to make myself more focused.

Hey guys! I thought I was going to have time to do an episode, but I kept screwing up the recording. Because of that Episode 6 will be out when I return from New York. However, I felt I should give you an update on my quilt.

What's on My Sewing Machine: The first two sections of my quilt are done! The third should be done by the end of the weekend (or Monday), and I'll continue to do sections until the blocks are used.

I'm going to NYC for Thanksgiving and looking for quilt shops there. I already found a website for City Quilter, and will try to head there, but I'm looking for 1 to 2 more shops. Leave a comment on this show notes post if you know of any more shops!

Closing music debuts on Episode 5. Also I applogize for sounding a little bit rushed with this episode. I just wanted to make sure I got it out before Halloween. The spooky noise was done by me recording myself in Audacity and then editing that section to sound a bit creepy. Not perfect, but it works.

I lied about the next episode being at the end of the month! So you will get a special four episodes in Oct. This episode will be focusing on my sister's quilt that I'm working on. I'm using applique pieces for this and well it's not going as planned. I talk about how I'm appliqueing and what exactly what I'm using. Plus updates on my quilt, thinking about weather I want to send the finished top out to be quilted or weather to I can do it myself. Plus lots of Thank Yous, Interesting Websites and a Question of the Week!

I will be recording the episode tomorrow night (I hope) and it should be up by Sunday (I hope).

Qusew Roundtable!!!!

I'm currently looking for two to three people to Skype (online chat system) with once a month for a Quilting roundtable. This will be recorded by me (using most likely Pamela) and be posted about 2 to 3 days afterwards as part of an episode.
