Many young people want to quit vaping or using other nicotine products but aren't sure where to start. My Life, My Quit (MLMQ) is a free, confidential program designed specifically for youth. Participants receive personalized quit coaching, text and online support, and tools to build a quit plan that works for them. If you work with youth, you can help connect them to support that meets them where they are.
