Over the last 4 months, I have worked with several recruiting firms. My Ledgent recruiter stands head and shoulders above any recruiter from those other companies. She contacted me about a position. Two days later I had an interview and later got an offer. I have never felt so supported through the job search process and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate feeling like we were a team in finding me a position.

“I just wanted to take a moment to share a great experience I’ve had working with your staffing agency in Costa Mesa, CA. My representative contacted me about the position I am currently in a few days ago…less than a week after my original interview with Ultimate. I ended up getting the position so she asked me to come in to fill out some paperwork and verify that I’m able to work in the US. Much to my surprise, I realized that my driver’s license is expired and that all of the CA DMVs’ systems had been down for over a week…I felt defeated. I was expecting her to give my position to someone else. Instead, she helped me register online to the DMV and renew my license right then and there. She was so patient and positive in a very frustrating situation. I left her office in a much better mood than when I walked in thanks to her positive attitude. Today was my first day in the position and it’s going great so far. I am so thankful that she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to start. I’ve worked with other staffing agencies in the past and a few things that set your company apart is the Ambassador Program (the questions were very helpful and my supervisor was impressed I asked them), the video I was able to create to accompany my resume, and the fact that I can get paid via the Pay Card instead of direct deposit/check. In the future, I will definitely be recommending Ultimate Staffing Services to any of my friends or family looking for a job.
