“I recently got a new client that is a huge user of staffing services. I was extremely excited to win this client and couldn’t wait to start working for them. The hiring manager said all we needed to do was our simple two-page contract and everything would move smoothly. Long story short- we ended up needing to complete an MSA with the client. By the time their HR department let us know about this, we already had two Ambassadors scheduled to start the following week. We ended up postponing their start dates twice, but thanks to [our Contracts Specialist,] Dana’s diligence, our two Ambassadors started working for the new client with only a one week delay! The HR manager told me that their MSAs normally take between 3 and 6 weeks to complete if there are any redlines and there were several! Thanks to Dana’s efforts, we got that MSA completed in one week! The HR manager said that has never happened and she really appreciate how involved with the process I was and how great the communications were going back and forth! She is super helpful and knowledgeable in general but specifically on the RFPs I have worked on, she has proactively volunteered to help me with things (printing, labels, scans, hole-punching, etc.), recognized the urgency of deadlines (you know how things get crazy the day it’s due to ship), and just really gone out of her way to make sure I have everything I need to meet the deadline. I joke that she’s “aggressively helpful” but really it’s that she’s genuinely helpful – what she delivers consistently is not just “lip service” help (the pretending to want to help but then not doing anything) but really seeing the big picture and understanding there are myriad details to finish up in a short period of time, and jumping in to be a true team player.
