“In a nutshell, last week our enterprise account gave her an ASAP order for a receptionist. She found someone who committed to going in and covering. Sometime later that morning the ambassador cancelled and the customer literally didn’t have anyone to cover their phones and was upset. They were concerned because of the volume of calls they get. At that moment, Xiomara jumped in her car, drove to the client, and walked in and started helping with phones. As if that was not enough on her drive there and while she was there she was making calls to refill the temp receptionist role. She ended up finding another qualified ambassador but stayed at the customer site helping until that gal arrived. Our customer sent an awesome thank you and said:

“So that you know – this Ambassador was the second hire as receptionist that we made permanent through Ultimate back in 2011. That was 6 years ago. She leaves us as Director of Administration, [with a major salary and bonus increase] for her REMARKABLE execution of an unexpected relocation of our HQ. And that’s just that particular Ambassador – there’s also [several others]. What I’m trying to say is that this is a very long list of peoples’ lives you have significantly changed for the better. They now all have benefits, full-time employment, 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 days sick time, 11 paid holidays, the last week of the year off – paid, catered breakfasts twice a week, lunch catered once a week and as many snacks as they can pilfer.
