How many of you have been told a good weight loss comes from exercise and proper diet?

I am sure all of us have been told that. Now how many of us have actually followed through ? I know i have not...

Always looking for shortcuts.. Eg slimming pills, diet shakes , meal replacements.. Spending thousands on all these but not actually targeting on the actual problem have we?

Well, i have seen and confirm with 3 walking testimonials that it is through vigorous exercises and proper diet that they religiously adapt to that give them the body and health they desired in years .
