Wisteria Manor Custom Handmade 1/12 Original Dollhouse

Wisteria Manor is a 1/12 scale OOAK dollhouse. It is made entirely by hand from my very own design.

This house is a very soft lavender colour on the top part of the exterior walls and all the details.

The dollhouse is 21" tall x 21" across x 18 1/4" deep.

The entryway is 16" deep x 6 3/4" across x 8 1/2" tall. The area behind the stairs is 10 5/8". The area in front of the stairs is 4 1/4".

The larger room is 16" deep x 13" across x 8 1/2" tall. The separating wall is 10 1/4" long.

The upstairs larger room is 16 1/4" deep x 12" across x 8 1/2" tall. The area at the landing is 4 1/4". Behind the stair opening is 6 7/8".

The smaller upstairs room is 16 1/4" deep x 7 1/2" wide x 8 1/2" tall.

The fireplace has a working fire. There is a push switch and battery hidden in the chimney.

Each chandelier is held in place by a magnet. You can interchange them between rooms. There are 4 inside the house and 1 on the front porch.

The downstairs interior measures: 20" x 16 1/8" x 8 1/2" tall.

From the front of the stairs to the front wall is 4 1/2". The back wall behind the stairs is 10 1/2".

Upstairs overall is 20" x 16 1/4" x 8 3/4" tall. The partition wall is 8 3/4" long.

Upstairs larger room: 13 1/4" x 16 1/8" x 8 3/4" tall.

Upstairs smaller room: 6 1/2” across

The space at the stair landing is 4 1/4". On the other side to from the stairwell to the front wall is 6 3/4".

Daydreaming Cottage is a 1/12 scale, ooak, handmade, custom dollhouse. This house is 12 3/4" across x 14 1/2" deep x 13 3/8" tall. The interior is 13" front to back x 12" wide x 12 1/4" tall.

For this dollhouse I'm trying a new light. This uses a little magnet that attaches to the ceiling. The battery is in the top of the light. There's a little switch at the top too.
