That's right folks! It looks like The Matthew Danko Podcast (Don't call it that!) is coming to an end...

But don't let that get you down! There will be plenty of other ways for you to get your daily (and by daily I still mean semi bi-annually) dose of The Dank! Only it will eventually become a steadier thing, I promise you.

I will be moving on to other projects, and I will have new and improved podcasts coming at you too. This time around I plan to focus my attention and content a lot more and make it more enjoyable for everyone involved (which means both you the audience and myself) (Yes, I'm talking to both viewers out there).

And perhaps, if things work out, I'll finally get the podcast network off the ground. Who knows?!

So, never fear, The Matthew Danko Podcast is wrapping up, but it doesn't mean you'll stop hearing from The Dank Knight himself.

In this episode, you'll get updated on what's going on and what's yet to come.

Basically, what it is, is a site that allows you to offer creative services and skills for $5 a piece. Maybe you're an awesome illustrator or can do graphic design work. Someone will pay you money to commission those talents! Or perhaps, you have a really sexy voice that someone could use in a commercial they are making, they will pay you to do the voice over. There's a shit ton of services available to order, but why pay others? Why not show the world what you have to offer and start making that fat cash yourself?

All you gotta do is sign up for free through Fiverr.com and then write up a quick post about what it is you can do and BOOM that's it. That way, people who looking for those special skills of yours can send you a message or order it on the spot. You can choose how many days and whatnot you need to complete the order and then send them a confirmation it's done! It's pretty straight forward and very easy to do. You can also offer up a bunch of services all at once and then people PAY YOU FOR IT! How sweet is that?!Now, I know you're thinking only $5? for all my hard work? Danko, you're killing me here. (That sounds more dirty than anything else.)

Anyways, this of course isn't a podcast this week, but that's not to say they are gone forever. I am just working on another project that's taking up all the time I have extra (in a good way)

I know, it's been a long ash time since I've done anything related to this ~~BlogCast~~ blog/podcast, but here's something little for you guys.

TODAY,
The Green Band Trailer for The Evil Dead Remake went up. Now, what the shit!? What is the purpose of a green band trailer for a horror movie? I know it probably is more accessible for everyone since it's not as intense, but the movie seems to be pretty damn intense, and I feel bad for those who go in only seeing the green band trailer.

So, watch this one if you can't handle blood and guts, but would like to watch the trailer for a horror movie that if you want to see will have to face all of the blood and guts left out of the trailer anyway.

Besides, Red Band is where it's at, but when you love The Evil Dead as much as I do, you take what you get and love the hell out of it.

As Bruce Campbell has said about the flick (which can also be said about this trailer) "It'll freak your shit!"

Not to mention Bruce and Sam Rami are both producing it. I know remakes/reboots/re-imaginings are usually left up for fresh eyes, and this is no different...oh wait, it TOTALLY is because no one will fuck this up for us! Okay, let me pull back a second, I am being too dramatic, this is just one of the movies I am most looking forward to. Of course, the new Die Hard is just as high on the list as anything else, but this might very well be number one.

No matter what, I am excited. Sure, there is no "Ash" per say (I am still hoping Bruce Campbell will be at a gas station that these teenagers stop at and have a sawn off shotgun overhead) ((And NO, I DON'T CARE how cheesy it would be if Bruce Campbell was "just passing through" in that classic yellow car with a missing right hand))

#3 A Fan-made Animated Trailer for Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash using soundbites from the movies, and pretty great animation. I thought it was interesting, plus you get a bit of Bruce.

#4 A Fan-made Short Film roughly 13 minutes with a cameo at the end that will knock your glove off. I loved seeing a live-action version of this, even if Bruce wasn't Ash, but I feel the story could have been elaborated to fill in the gaps. Also, I want to see more fighting! Brilliant nonetheless!

Welcome to another Matthew Danko Podcast (Don't Call it that), I am your host Matthew "Likes Nicknames" Danko.

That's right! If you are fan of marvel superheroes, parallel universes, zombies, and Ash "Don't Call Me Bruce" Williams? Then this is your ultimate fantasy.

The story takes place after the events of The Army of Darkness, in a paralleled world. After trying to warn The Avengers of a Deadite invasion, the superheroes start becoming infected. With classic quips, and his trusty chainsaw, Ash is the only hero left. Groovy.

Now that that is out of the way, I've snagged a few pics from the book, which I hope to be purchasing anytime soon.

I know it's not actually your favorite podcast, but luckily this one isn't actually a podcast!

As a tradition, I have always enjoyed reading T'was the Night Before Christmas, the night before Christmas, because the people I know seem to lose their faith in the holidays. They can't seem to find the same amount of joy the did when they were younger.

Sadly, I was unable to read it this year for you, but I have a video here from my favorite character: The Doctor.

Now normally around Christmas he has to save the world from some alien invasion, but he wanted to record a video for you to all enjoy! He is always busy saving the universe and what not so he accidentally recorded over an old tape...
But that doesn't matter. What does matter is that he wants to remind all of you to spend time with the ones you love and remember that Christmas is about Family.

*Mind the accent though, he's a bit tired, and this was about the 15th take.*
